The Washington Nationals return to Nationals Park for a seven-game homestand against the beltway rival Baltimore Orioles (May 15-17) and the New York Mets (May 18-21). Tickets for Nationals home games can be purchased at Nationals.com/Tickets or at the box office.

The Nationals’ seven-game homestand includes team dog Natty’s big-league debut; Hot Dog Day; three giveaways – a hot dog hat, an Alex Ovechkin bobblehead and a kids novelty sliding mitt presented by Harris Teeter; three heritage days – Salvadoran Heritage Day, Jewish Community Day and AAPI Heritage Day; and three special ticket events – University of Maryland Night, Girl Scout Day and Pups in the Park presented by PEDIGREE Foundation. Additionally, special match-up T-shirts for both the Orioles and Mets series will be available for purchase at the Team Store while supplies last.

FRIDAY MAY 15 vs. BALTIMORE ORIOLES (6:45 P.M.)

  • Hot Dog Day
    • Hot dog enthusiasts and Nationals fans can show off their hot dog-eating skills on Hot Dog Day at Nationals Park, which will feature:
      • A hot dog hat giveaway for 20,000 fans.
  • $5 regular hot dogs available at select concession stands including Grand Slam Grills, Marketplaces, Taste of Majors, Diamond Classics, Ben’s Chilli Bowl, Nats Snack, Ultra Loft Grill and other pop-up locations.
  • Hot dog aficionados can also explore the one night only gourmet glizzy menu at select concession locations, including The Change-Up Food Hall, Grand Slam Grills and a number of fan-favorite vendors while supplies last. Menu items feature a variety of unique items, including:
    • The Screech Dog: Located at The Change-Up Food Hall, the Screech dog contains an all-beef frank, fried spam, char-grilled pineapple, sriracha aioli and salsa verde.
    • Hot dog fries: Shoestring-cut crispy fried hot dogs with chipotle ranch, also available at The Change-Up Food Hall.
    • “Dragged Through the Garden” frozen margarita: Pickle margarita garnished with a sport pepper and Vienna sausage toothpick, finished with a sprinkle of celery salt. Available at Electric Cool-Aid by Sections 102 and 143.
    • Flamin’ Korean Mozz Hot Dog: A crispy Korean-style corn dog with mozzarella and sausage, finished with a bold Hot Cheetos topping. Available at Ssong’s Korean Corn Dogs at Sections 130 and 305.
    • Pigs in a blanket and corn dogs will also be special additions to the menus at Grand Slam Grill locations.
  • Fans can also take part in the Nationals’ Glizzy Journey, a live counter on the scoreboard displaying how many hot dogs fans have consumed during the game. The more glizzies consumed, the more fun is unlocked, as fans will eat to activate special surprises and other hot-diggity concessions deals throughout gameday.
  • Nationals Team Dog Natty’s Big League Debut
    • Natty, the Nationals’ official team pup, will make his season debut and will be introduced to fans during a pregame ceremony.
    • Natty joins the Nationals through the Club’s partnership with Canine Companion and Eukanuba. He will train alongside his volunteer puppy raisers, Jackie and Laura, as well as Nationals staff, players and fans to become a service dog.
  • University of Maryland Night
    • The Nationals welcome all Terps alumni, staff, faculty and families to the ballpark for University of Maryland Night. Fans who purchase a special ticket receive a co-branded Maryland and Nationals retro T-shirt.
