The Phillies are back to kick off June with a three-game series against the San Diego Padres, June 2–4. Here’s a look at the fan highlights for this series:

  1. The Phillies will continue their longtime efforts to “Strike Out ALS” during ALS Awareness Night presented by Asplundh on Tuesday, June 2, at 6:40 p.m. The night will raise funds and awareness for the cause and celebrate the Phillies’ 42-year partnership with ALS United Mid-Atlantic.     • Be in your seats by 6:10 p.m. for a special on-field tribute featuring an “ALS Lineup of Courage,” as those bravely battling and affected by ALS line up alongside Phillies players just before the national anthem.
    • The Asplundh family will present a donation of $415,000 and growing to ALS United Mid-Atlantic to support the cause. The check will be presented by Asplundh Chairman of the Board Steven Asplundh and his wife Lisa, in honor of former Chairman and CEO Scott Asplundh, who passed away this past January at the age of 68 from ALS complications.
    • Scotty Easter, 38, from Dobson, N.C., who has worked at Asplundh for 20 years and was diagnosed with familial ALS, will throw a ceremonial first pitch.
    • At the end of the 3rd inning, Michael Noll, 44, a 911 dispatcher from Lebanon, Pa., who was diagnosed with familial ALS in November 2024, will be honored as the Hometown Hero.
    • Fans can help raise money for the cause by purchasing an ALS Awareness Phillies Theme Night Ticket presented by Asplundh for the game, with $6 per ticket going back to the cause. Grab bags sponsored by Hatfield Quality Meats, featuring autographed Phillies memorabilia, can be purchased for $40 each at the First Base Plaza. Plus, bid on unique memorabilia and experiences at the Phantastic Auction until June 2, with donations to benefit ALS United Mid-Atlantic and Phillies Charities, Inc.
    • As part of MLB’s league-wide Lou Gehrig Day, players, managers, coaches and umpires will wear a special “4” decal on their uniforms designed in Yankee uniform color and font to honor Lou Gehrig. Plus, red “4-ALS” wristbands will be worn in-game, and commemorative base jewels and lineup cards will be used on field.
  1. May the Force be with you for Star Wars™ Night on Wednesday, June 3, at 6:40 p.m. Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Star Wars™ characters!

    • Be on the lookout for photo opportunities with Star Wars™ characters at the First Base elevator lobby and The Yard.

  1. The series concludes on Thursday, June 4, with the Citizens Businessperson’s Special at 1:05 p.m.
