Here's MLB Pipeline's roundup of the top prospect performances in the Minor Leagues on Monday.
It hasn't taken Adbert Alzolay long to settle in at the Triple-A level.
The Cubs' No. 1 prospect turned in one of the better starts of his career on Monday, carrying a no-hit bid into the sixth and finishing with just one hit allowed in seven scoreless innings.
Alzolay, 23, permitted a two-out walk in the first inning, but retired the next nine batters before issuing his second walk, also with two outs, in the fourth. Raul Mondesi ended the right-hander's no-hit bid in the sixth inning with a one-out single, only to be erased one batter later on a ground-ball double play. Alzolay returned in the seventh to strike out the side, putting an exclamation point on his impressive outing.

Alzolay's start was his longest this season and matched his career-high mark. Overall, he owns a 2.12 ERA and 0.82 WHIP in 17 innings (three starts). He's compiled 14 strikeouts and six walks while holding opposing hitters to a .140 clip.
Right fielder Mark Zagunis (No. 13) was one of four Iowa hitters to collect multiple hits, as he finished 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two runs scored. He's hitting .338 on the season, with 23 hits including two home runs in 22 games.
Veteran infielder Mike Freeman, playing in his 843rd Minor League game, hit three home runs out of the leadoff spot in his first career multi-homer game. He finished with five RBIs.

• No. 3 overall prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (Blue Jays' No. 1) tallied his first triple and scored two runs for Double-A New Hampshire in a 2-for-4 performance that upped his average to .380, the third-best mark in the Eastern League. The 19-year-old third baseman also ranks among the circuit leaders with 25 RBIs (first), eight doubles (tie-first), 30 hits (second) and 42 total bases (third).

• No. 4 overall prospectEloy Jimenez (White Sox No. 1) and catcher Seby Zavala (No. 21) combined for five hits, three runs and three RBIs to help lead Double-A Birmingham past Biloxi, 11-7. Both players recorded a double in the contest, as Jimenez finished 2-for-5 and Zavala 3-for-4. The latter also scored a pair of runs and plated three
• After leaving Saturday's game with a minor shoulder injury that also kept him out of the lineup Sunday, No. 7 overall prospect Nick Senzel (Reds' No. 1) returned to action and raced around the bases for an inside-the-park home run in his first at-bat in Triple-A Louisville's 7-2 win against Columbus. The homer was Senzel's second in three games and third of the season. After a slow start, the 22-year-old third baseman has picked up the pace with a .306 average (11-for-36) in his last 10 games.

• No. 14 overall prospect Brendan Rodgers (Rockies' No. 1) connected on his fourth home run, a two-run shot, in the seventh inning of Double-A Hartford's 10-6 win over Harrisburg. Garrett Hampson (No. 7) and Brian Mundell (No. 18) also homered in the victory, their second and third homers of the season, respectively, while right-hander Ryan Castellani (No. 8) tossed five innings of one-run, three-hit ball with eight strikeouts to lead the Yard Goats on the mound. He also helped his cause at the plate by going 1-for-2 with an RBI triple.

• No. 70 overall prospect Monte Harrison (Marlins' No. 1) is hitting .375 over his last 10 games -- albeit it with 19 strikeouts and one walk -- after turning in his third multi-hit performance in his past five games for Double-A Jacksonville. The 22-year-old outfielder went 3-for-4 with a double and also scored two runs. Through 24 games in his first Double-A campaign, Harrison is batting .235/.350/.437 with 11 extra-base hits.

• Giants No. 29 prospect Jordan Johnson hit a solo home run and allowed two earned runs on three hits in 6 1/3 innings, but it wasn't enough to keep Double-A Richmond from falling to Altoona, 3-1. The home run actually was Johnson's second this season, as he previously went deep (another solo shot) on April 13.
• Peter Alonso's four-game home run streak may have ended, but the Mets' No. 4 prospect still managed to extend his hitting streak to eight games, going 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a walk in Double-A Binghamton's loss against Akron. The 23-year-old first baseman -- named to MLB Pipeline's Team of the Week on Monday -- is hitting .567 (17-for-30) during his streak and boasts a .408/.505/.776 slash line through 21 games this season.
• Padres' No. 22 prospect Chris Paddack was lights-out in his first start of 2018. The 22-year-old right-hander missed all of 2017 while recovering from Tommy John, but on Monday he looked just like he did in 2016 when he was throwing as well as anyone. Before his injury, Paddack posted a 0.64 ERA in three starts (14 innings) with Class A Fort Wayne. Making his debut with Class A Advanced Lake Elsinore, Paddack threw 55 of his 75 pitches for strikes as he struck out seven and gave up three hits in six scoreless frames.
• Rangers No. 19 prospect Ariel Jurado was solid once again, tossing 7 2/3 innings of one-run ball in a no-decision for Double-A Frisco. He scattered six hits, struck out five and generated 12 ground-ball outs while throwing 65 of his 94 pitches for strikes. The 22-year-old righty has allowed two earned runs in 14 1/3 innings in his past two starts for the RoughRiders.
• Tigers No. 10 prospect Christin Stewart, fresh off Prospect Team of the Week honors, stayed red-hot in a Triple-A Toledo loss, going 2-for-2 with a two-run home run and a sacrifice fly. He's hit safely in five straight games, including three multi-hit efforts, to raise his average from .200 to .311. Dawel Lugo (No. 12) also swung the bat well, hitting a double and a triple and scoring three runs in a 3-for-4 performance.
