Arlington, Texas—The 2024 Texas Rangers regular season schedule with final home and road game times was announced today by Major League Baseball. The club released its initial home times in September.

In addition, ESPN and FOX Sports today announced their initial 2024 national television schedules which feature nine exclusive telecasts with the defending World Series champion Rangers. 

As previously announced, there will be a change in the starting time for weekday home games in 2024 as the first pitch for three Wednesday and six Thursday matinees will be at 1:35 p.m., instead of 1:05 p.m. That adjustment was made to be consistent with the 12 Sunday start times of 1:35 p.m. The only exception will be on opening day, Thursday, March 28, when the Rangers-Chicago Cubs matchup will begin at 6:35 p.m. as an ESPN national telecast.

The Rangers-Houston Astros contest on Sunday, April 7 has been moved to a 6:10 p.m. start to accommodate ESPN’s national telecast.

All other Monday through Friday games will again be 7:05 p.m. starts.

Texas will play four Saturday home games with 3:05 p.m. starts, April 27 vs. Cincinnati, June 8 vs. San Francisco, June 22 vs. Kansas City, and July 6 vs. Tampa Bay. All other Saturday contests at Globe Life Field are scheduled to begin at 6:05 p.m. with the exception of 6:15 p.m. starts on May 18 and September 7.

Overall, the Rangers are scheduled to play 25 day games and 56 night contests on the 2024 home schedule. On the road, Texas has 32 day and 49 night games on its schedule.
