Bo Davidson was quite a find when the Giants signed the undrafted free agent out of Caldwell Tech Community College in 2023. Now ranked as the team’s No. 8 prospect, Davidson has absolutely raked at Triple-A Sacramento.
The outfielder posted four hits in the River Cats’ 11-1 win over Las Vegas at Las Vegas Ballpark. It marked Davidson’s third career four-hit game, all of which have come since Aug. 13.
Davidson was 4-for-5 on Tuesday with a triple, a double and two singles, while he also scored three runs. The 24-year-old tore the cover off the ball, with all four hits featuring exit velocities above 95 mph: 107.3, 102.7, 95.9 and 101.3.
In 46 games since Davidson earned a promotion to Triple-A, he has slashed .303/.382/.530 with nine homers and 37 RBIs. That has come after he began his time in the Minors’ top level by hitting just .191 in his first 17 games. Davidson was named Pacific Coast League Player of the Month for his efforts in August.
