STEPS:

Step 2: Enter your unique code (provided via email).
Step 3: Select desired Postseason Strip location.
Step 4: Sign in to your account by using your MyTickets login information, that you use to access the Ballpark app.
Step 5: Complete payment information.
Step 6: Purchase tickets.

Single-game tickets purchased for any round for the 2025 Postseason will need to be paid-in-full at the time of purchase.
Postseason Ticket Reselling Policy
Tickets acquired through these offers are intended to be used by you, your family and friends. All tickets acquired through these offers will be closely monitored, and abuses may result in the termination of the revocable license granted by the Cleveland Guardians to use the ticket(s), cancellation of tickets for future games/series, as well as exclusion from future offers and presales, subject to the Club's discretion. Postseason Refunds
Any funds from un-played single-game ticket purchases will be returned to the payment form used for the purchase at the conclusion of our postseason run. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Group Service Team at 216-420-4487.
