Special Ticket Packages

Special Ticket Packages are back for 2026! Formerly known as Theme Nights, Special Ticket Packages provide all fans an opportunity to celebrate Guardians baseball in fun and unique ways. Throughout the 2026 season, fans will be able to buy Special Ticket Packages that include limited-edition promotional items and/or access to one-of-a-kind experiences.

While all fans are eligible to receive gate giveaways upon entry to Progressive Field regardless of ticket type, only those who have purchased a Special Ticket Package are eligible to receive the associated limited-edition promotional item. Similarly, while ballpark-wide events such as Dollar Dog Nights and Fireworks Nights can be enjoyed by all fans, only fans who have purchased a Special Ticket Package are able to participate in the included experiences (i.e. pregame events or receptions).

There are a limited number of Special Ticket Packages available for each game on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Special Ticket Packages can be purchased ONLINE ONLY by clicking the “Buy Now” button below.

What are Special Ticket Packages?

• Special Ticket Packages provide fans of all ages and backgrounds the opportunity to come together to celebrate Guardians baseball in fun and unique ways!
• Throughout the 2026 season, fans will be able to buy specific Special Ticket Packages that include limited-edition promotional items and/or access to one-of-a-kind experiences.

What is the difference between a Special Ticket Package and a gate giveaway?

• Special Ticket Packages are specific tickets for select games throughout the season with designated seating locations that include a limited-edition promotional item or access to a special experience. These items or experiences are only available to fans that purchase a Special Ticket Package. Fans must purchase the Special Ticket Packages via cleguardians.com/special. Purchasers must show their valid Special Ticket Package ticket at a designated location to pick up their items.
• Guardians gate giveaways do not require a Special Ticket Package purchase. Gate giveaway items are distributed to a limited number of fans upon entry into the ballpark (ex. 10,000 fans, 15,000 fans, etc.).
• All ticket holders are eligible to receive a gate giveaway item upon entry to the ballpark, regardless of ticket type (adult ticket, discount ticket, etc.); fans with Special Ticket Packages are also eligible to receive these gate giveaways. However, only fans who have purchased a Special Ticket are eligible to receive the Special Ticket Package item.

Are Special Ticket Packages the same as Theme Night tickets offered in 2025?

• Yes! Special Ticket Packages are just like Theme Night Tickets; packages include a limited-edition promotional item and/or access to a unique event or experience.

Do I need a separate game ticket on top of the Special Ticket Package ticket?

• Special Ticket Package tickets are also your ticket to the game. These tickets include access to something extra, like a limited-edition promotional item or access to a special experience.

Do all Special Ticket Packages include a limited-edition promotional item?

• While many Special Ticket Packages include a limited-edition promotional item with ticket purchase, some Special Ticket Packages include access to a special experience instead of an item. The special experience may include access to a pregame networking event, themed food and beverage options, or access to pregame/postgame entertainment.

How do I purchase a Special Ticket Package?

• Special Ticket Packages must be purchased through cleguardians.com/specials; orders placed through other links or web pages will not receive the limited-edition item or access to the special experience.
  • Purchasers cannot use the Special Ticket Package promo code on other web pages.
• Starting February 16: Select the Special Ticket Package you’d like to purchase and click the BUY NOW button. Follow the prompts to select and purchase your seats.
• Special Ticket Packages are not available to purchase via the Ballpark App or any Third-Party ticketing site.

How do I know if I have purchased a Special Ticket Package?

• Please check the information on your mobile ticket to confirm if you’ve purchased a Special Ticket Package. Valid Special Ticket Package tickets will have the package and/or the associated item listed on the mobile ticket above the bar code (i.e. “STARWARS”).

If I have purchased a regular game ticket for the same game that Special Ticket Package is offered, will I be able to receive the promotional item?

• The limited-edition Special Ticket Package items will only be distributed to fans who have purchased Special Ticket Package tickets. Fans must present their valid Special Ticket Package ticket in order to receive the item. Fans who purchased a regular game ticket will not receive the item.

How will I receive my Special Ticket Package promotional item?

• You will receive an email before the game with detailed information of where and when to pick up your item.
• On the day of the game, bring your Special Ticket Package ticket to the designated redemption area (as specified in the email). Guardians staff will scan your ticket to verify you have purchased a Special Ticket Package ticket and give you the item.
• You must present your Special Ticket Package ticket to receive the item.
• The redemption table will be open until one (1) hour after the first scheduled pitch.
• Limit one item per person per Special Ticket Package

If I have purchased multiple Special Ticket Packages, can I pick up items for the other members of my group?

• Each member of your party must be present and show a valid Special Ticket Package ticket in order to pick up the limited-edition promotional item.
• Limit one item per person per Special Ticket Package

I am interested a Special Ticket Package that includes a sized item (t-shirt, jersey, sweatshirt). How do I select my size?

• There are two ways to select your size based on how you select your tickets.
  • To select your tickets using the seat map, click on your desired section, then select your preferred seats. The selected seats will show up on the right-hand side of your screen and will show both your seat location as well as the item included. There will be a red edit pencil that you can click on to select your preferred shirt size.
  • To select your tickets by section, click on your preferred section. The selected section will show up on the right-hand side of your screen; click to expand this section to see the item and sizes available. Adjust the number to the left of the item name to select how many tickets you are purchasing with that size item.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package with a sized item, can I exchange sizes?

• No; unfortunately, there is no additional inventory to exchange items for alternate sizes. Fans will receive the size indicated on their Special Ticket Package ticket.

If I have purchased a regular game ticket for the same game as a Special Ticket Package, will I be able to access the special event or experience?

• Only fans who have purchased the Special Ticket Package ticket will receive access to the special event or experience. Fans must present their valid Special Ticket Package ticket in order to enter the event area.

How do I access the special event or experience included with my Special Ticket Package?

• You will receive an email before the game with detailed information about the special event or experience, including where to go and when to arrive. Please follow these instructions on the day of the game.
• You must present your Special Ticket Package ticket to receive access to the special event or experience. Fans who do not have a Special Ticket Package ticket will not be able to enter the event area.

Can I exchange my game tickets for a Special Ticket Package?

• Special Ticket Packages are only available online at cleguardians.com/specials. Please contact Guardians Fan Services at 216.420.HITS with any questions.

Can I purchase a Special Ticket Package at the Guardians Box Office or Team Store?

• No; Special Ticket Packages are online only and are available at cleguardians.com/specials. Progressive Field is a fully-digital ballpark; tickets cannot be purchased at the Fan Services Center or Team Store.

Can I purchase a Special Ticket Package ticket on the day of the game?

• Special Ticket Packages are only available while supplies last and may sell out in advance of the game. Please visit cleguardians.com/specials to check availability.
• All Special Ticket Package sales will cut off at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the game.

Can I redeem my Flex Voucher Plan vouchers for Special Ticket Packages?

• No; Flex Voucher Plans cannot be used to obtain Special Ticket Package

Where are Special Ticket Package tickets located?

• Special Ticket Package tickets are available in designated locations throughout the ballpark, except Standing Room Only sections. Tickets and locations are subject to availability.

Can Special Ticket Packages be combined with other ticket offers like the District Ticket?

• No; Special Ticket Packages cannot be combined with any other ticket offers including, but not limited to, District Tickets, Kids Tickets, Family Value Packs, College Student Offers, Military Offers, or Six Packs.

How many Special Ticket Packages can I purchase?

• You can purchase up to eight (8) Special Ticket Packages in a single transaction.

I am a Season Ticket Member. Are Special Ticket Package items included in my plan?

• No; Special Ticket Package items are not included in season ticket plans. Please contact your Account Representative to inquire about securing these items.

I am a Season Ticket Member. Am I able to get the limited-edition promotions items included in Special Ticket Packages?

• Yes; Season Ticket Members are able to get the items included with Special Ticket Packages. Please contact your Account Representative to inquire about securing these items.

Can I electronically forward or resell my Special Ticket Package tickets?

• Special Ticket Package tickets can be forwarded to other ticket holders; however, tickets cannot be resold.
• Tickets purchased via a third-party ticket retailer will include tickets only and will not include the item. Only Special Ticket Packages purchased on cleguardians.com/specials will be eligible to receive the limited-edition item.

What happens if the game is delayed or cancelled? Will my Special Ticket Package be rescheduled?

• If the game is delayed or cancelled after gates open to the public, the Special Ticket Package redemption will take place as scheduled.
• If the game is delayed or cancelled before gates open to the public, the Special Ticket Package ticket and item redemption will move to the rescheduled game.
• If necessary, please contact Fan Services 216.420.HITS for additional redemptions options.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package, but was unable to pick up my item by the designated time. Will I still be able to get the item?

• Special Ticket Package items are not guaranteed if not picked up within one (1) hour after the scheduled first pitch. If you are unable to pick up your item by this time, visit the Lower Fan Services, located behind Section 153, to pick up your item before the end of the game.

I purchased a Special Ticket Package, but I am no longer able to attend the game. Will I still be able to get the Theme Night promotional item?

• You must be present at the designated game to pick up your Special Ticket Package item. We are unable to send items in the mail. If necessary, please contact Fan Services 216.420.HITS for additional options.

For jerseys, you are able to select an Adult Medium or Adult XL (while supplies last). You can choose your preferred size when you select your seats. Please follow these steps to select your size:

If using the “Seat Map” option to find your seats:

• Select your preferred section on the ballpark map.
• Click on the specific seats you want to purchase.
• You will see the seats you selected listed in the right column; the text will note if the ticket includes a t-shirt. Click on the pencil icon to the right of the text to select your shirt size.
• Hit “Continue” to add the tickets to your cart and complete your purchase.

If using the “Section” option to find your seats:

• Select your preferred section on the ballpark map.
• The section number will appear on the right side of the screen; click on the section number to see seats. You will see options for Medium and XL shirts.
• Click on the number next to each ticket option to change the quantity of each size that you would like to purchase. If you do not want to purchase a size, set the quantity to zero.
• Click “Add to cart” and complete your purchase.
