Postponed/Cancelled Events
July 17 Game vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Postponed
June 14 Game vs. Detroit Tigers Postponed
The Cleveland Guardians announced today’s game (June 14) against the Detroit Tigers has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as part of a split doubleheader on Friday, September 4, with the rescheduled game starting at 2:10 p.m. ET and the original September 4 game starting at 7:10 p.m. ET. Gates for the first game (rescheduled game) will open at 1:00 p.m. ET, while gates for the originally scheduled game will open at 6:00 p.m. ET. Fans will be cleared from the ballpark between games.
Fans holding tickets dated June 14 can use their exact same ticket to enter the 2:10 p.m. game on September 4 and do not have to exchange (they will not be able to attend the night game unless they hold a ticket for that game as well). If fans are unable to attend the makeup game on September 4, they will be able to make an exchange (see below based on how tickets were purchased). *Please note that exchanges cannot be made in the Ballpark app
Season Ticket Members
If Season Ticket Members are unable to attend the rescheduled game, they can exchange for tickets to any game that is available through the MyTickets Exchange program starting now. Tickets must be exchanged by September 4 at 2:00 p.m. ET if they do not plan to attend the 2:10 p.m. ET game on September 4.

Single-Game Ticket Purchasers
If CLEGuardians.com purchasers are unable to attend the rescheduled contest, they must exchange their tickets online only at CLEGuardians.com/mytickets for one of 29 different game options starting at 2:00 p.m. ET. All single-game tickets can start exchanging now. Exchanges must be made no later than September 4 at 2:00 p.m. ET.
- Only single-game purchases made directly from the Ballpark app or CLEGuardians.com can be exchanged
- Ticket exchanges are final and must be completed in one transaction. All tickets must be exchanged into the same game
- If fans encounter any issues, they can call 216-420-HITS
Premium Club
Premium Club members will be contacted by their account representative regarding available exchange options.
Group Ticket Holders
Group ticket purchasers will be contacted by their account executive.
SeatGeek & Secondary Marketplace Purchasers
All SeatGeek & other secondary marketplace purchasers will be contacted directly by the company they purchased from. Tickets purchased from a secondary ticket marketplace for the June 14 game will be accepted for the 2:10 p.m. game on September 4.
Great Day Improvements Garage Parking Passes:

Cleveland Guardians Postponed/Cancelled Events
In the event of a postponed Guardians game at Progressive Field, fans who purchased their tickets through Cleguardians.com or at our Ticket Office will receive one of the following options:
- If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ½ innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a traditional doubleheader, you will have the opportunity to exchange your ticket(s). Ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
- If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ½ innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a split doubleheader or a mutual off day, you will have the opportunity to attend the makeup date or exchange your ticket(s). If you choose to attend the makeup date, no action is needed, your ticket(s) will automatically move to the new date. If you are unable to attend the makeup date, ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
In the event of a postponement, more specific information will be shared via email, social media and on Cleguardians.com/rainout.
Season Tickets
Season Ticket Members who have a postponed game within their Season Ticket Plan, will have the opportunity to exchange their postponed game tickets to any future 2026 regular season game (excluding Opening Day). Ticket Exchanges must be completed prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
Group Tickets
A Guardians Group Sales Representative will reach out to each Group Leader with further details regarding your postponed game. Please contact the Group Sales team for additional information.
Suite and Premium Tickets
All suite and premium ticket holders will be contacted by a member of the Premium Hospitality Team with further details regarding your postponed game.
Third Party Ticket Purchasers
All tickets purchased from a third-party ticket site are subject to the specific postponement policy of the site purchased from. The Cleveland Guardians are not responsible for the exchange of third-party tickets.
