September 13 Cleveland vs. Minnesota game POSTPONED

RESCHEDULED FOR SPLIT DOUBLEHEADER ON SATURDAY, SEPT. 14

Exchange details, based on method of purchase.

The Cleveland Indians announced today's (Sept. 13) game against the Minnesota Twins has been postponed due to inclement weather and has been rescheduled as a split doubleheader for Sept. 14, with the makeup game starting at 1:10 p.m. ET and the originally scheduled Sept. 14 game starting at 7:10 p.m. ET. Gates for the makeup game will open at noon ET while gates for the original Sept. 14 game will open at 6:00 p.m. ET. Fans will be cleared from the stadium between games.  

Fans holding tickets to the Sept. 13 game can use their exact same ticket to enter the 1:10 p.m. Sept. 14 game and do not have to exchange (they will not be allowed to attend the night game). If they are unable to attend tomorrow's 1:10 p.m. game, they can exchange into any other 2019 regular season game (except tomorrow night's game and 9/21 vs. PHI) by tomorrow's 1:10 p.m. first pitch.

Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders can exchange for tickets to any game that is available through the My Tickets Exchange program starting tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET.

  • Your tickets must be exchanged by Saturday, Sept. 14 at 1:10 p.m. ET
  • Season Ticket Holders have more flexibility than ever before to select their seating location within the ballpark, subject to availability

Single-game Ticket Purchasers

Indians.com purchasers holding tickets dated Sept. 13 from the Indians (Indians.com) can attend tomorrow's (Sept. 14) game at 1:10 p.m. without exchanging. If they are unable to attend tomorrow's game, they must exchange their tickets online only at Indians.com/mytickets for one of the remaining 2019 home games except for tomorrow night's 7:10 p.m. game or Sept. 21 vs. PHI (limited tickets available and additional fees may apply). All exchanges must be made no later than Sept. 14 at 1:10 p.m. at Indians.com/mytickets. All District Tickets and tickets purchased at the Progressive Field Box Office and Team Shop must call 216-420-HITS for any exchanges.

  • Beginning tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET, using a desktop or laptop online only at Indians.com in your My Tickets account, fans can exchange their tickets for one of the remaining 2019 home games except tomorrow night's 7:10 p.m. game or Sept. 21 game vs. PHI (limited tickets available and additional fees may apply
  • Ticket exchanges must be completed in one transaction

StubHub Purchasers

If you purchased your tickets through StubHub they will be reaching out with further direction or you may contact them with questions. Tickets purchased on StubHub for Sept. 13 game will still be accepted for the 1:10 p.m. game on Sept. 14.

Season Tickets

If the postponed game is part of your Season Ticket Plan, the tickets will be available to use for rescheduled game or you can exchange online through My Indians Tickets for one of the designated dates by given deadline. If postponed ticket is not exchanged within given deadline, it will only be available to be used at the rescheduled gameGo to My Indians Tickets

Single Game Tickets

Tickets purchased by Phone or Indians.com will be available to use for rescheduled game. You will also receive an email if interested with further details on how to exchange for one of the designated dates by given deadline. Exchanges must occur online through My Indians Tickets. Go to My Indians Tickets

Tickets purchased at the Progressive Field Box Office or Progressive Field Team Shop will be available to use for rescheduled game. The tickets can also be exchanged if necessary for one of the designated games by given deadline. The exchange must take place at the Progressive Field Box Office.

District Tickets

District Tickets will be available to use for rescheduled game. The tickets can also be exchanged for one of the designated games by given deadline. The exchange must take place at the Progressive Field Box Office.

Tickets purchased at a Progressive Field Ticket Kiosk will be available to use for rescheduled game. The tickets can also be exchanged for one of the designated games by given deadline. The exchange must take place at the Progressive Field Box Office.
