Postponed/Cancelled Events
April 4 Game vs. Chicago Cubs Postponed
The Cleveland Guardians announced tonight’s game (April 4) against the Chicago Cubs has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as a traditional doubleheader on Sunday, April 5 starting at 1:10 p.m. ET. Gates will open at 12:00 p.m. ET and only fans with tickets to the April 5 contest will be able to attend. Fans holding tickets to the originally scheduled April 5 game who want to attend both games of the doubleheader may do so and will have the same seat for both games.
Fans are able to use the full value of their April 4 tickets in their My Tickets account when exchanging into one of 51 designated games (additional fees may apply), including tomorrow’s doubleheader. Tickets for tonight’s game must be exchanged by May 5 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Season Ticket Members
Season Ticket Members can exchange for tickets to any game that is available through the My Tickets Exchange program starting now.

Single-Game Ticket Purchasers
CLEGuardians.com purchasers holding tickets dated April 4 must exchange their tickets online only at CLEGuardians.com/mytickets through their My Tickets account starting tonight, April 4 at 6 p.m. ET.
- Ticket exchanges are final and must be completed in one transaction. All tickets must be exchanged into the same game. Tickets must be exchanged into one of 51 options, including the April 5 doubleheader, by May 5 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
- If fans encounter any issues, they can call 216-420-HITS.
Premium Club
Premium Club members will be contacted by their account representative regarding available exchange options.
Group Ticket Holders
Group ticket purchasers will be contacted by their account executive.
SeatGeek & Secondary Marketplace Purchasers
All SeatGeek & other secondary marketplace purchasers will be contacted directly by the company they purchased from.
Great Day Improvements Garage Parking Passes:
All pre-paid parking passes purchased through the Cleveland Guardians for tonight's game will be credited to the purchasers MLB account. This credit can be applied to any ticket or parking purchase until the end of the 2026 regular season.

Cleveland Guardians Postponed/Cancelled Events
In the event of a postponed Guardians game at Progressive Field, fans who purchased their tickets through Cleguardians.com or at our Ticket Office will receive one of the following options:
- If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ½ innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a traditional doubleheader, you will have the opportunity to exchange your ticket(s). Ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
- If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ½ innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a split doubleheader or a mutual off day, you will have the opportunity to attend the makeup date or exchange your ticket(s). If you choose to attend the makeup date, no action is needed, your ticket(s) will automatically move to the new date. If you are unable to attend the makeup date, ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
In the event of a postponement, more specific information will be shared via email, social media and on Cleguardians.com/rainout.
Season Tickets
Season Ticket Members who have a postponed game within their Season Ticket Plan, will have the opportunity to exchange their postponed game tickets to any future 2026 regular season game (excluding Opening Day). Ticket Exchanges must be completed prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
Group Tickets
A Guardians Group Sales Representative will reach out to each Group Leader with further details regarding your postponed game. Please contact the Group Sales team for additional information.
Suite and Premium Tickets
All suite and premium ticket holders will be contacted by a member of the Premium Hospitality Team with further details regarding your postponed game.
Third Party Ticket Purchasers
All tickets purchased from a third-party ticket site are subject to the specific postponement policy of the site purchased from. The Cleveland Guardians are not responsible for the exchange of third-party tickets.
