ARAMARK, CITI FIELD POLICY ON SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

It is the policy of Aramark to conduct the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable laws. Aramark has informed the Mets of the following Aramark alcohol service policies for Citi Field:

1.The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited. All Aramark servers and management staff are to be TEAM or TIPS trained.

2.The legal drinking age in New York is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, Aramark requires valid photo identification from every guest prior to the purchase of alcohol. ID must be presented for every sale. Accepted forms of identification include a valid driver’s license with picture, military ID with picture or passport with picture. Forms of identification not accepted are international driver’s license, NYC ID Cards and any vertical IDs.

3. A maximum of two drinks may be sold to a guest per transaction; this limit may be modified to less than the specified number at the discretion of Aramark management for special events or special circumstances.

4. Alcohol sales at concession stands will stop after the seventh inning or earlier at Aramark management discretion.

5. Alcohol sales in all Citi Field restaurants, suites and clubs stops at the conclusion of an event. Alcohol sales in restaurants, suites and clubs may stop earlier at Aramark management discretion or at the request of the New York Mets management.

Note: Alcohol may be taken between levels and into all seating areas until the end of the seventh inning, at which time all alcohol must remain within club spaces. Clover/Fiserv seats, Hyundai seats, The Cadillac Club at Payson's, The Party Deck and Excelsior concourse and seats between 306-333 are considered “club space”. Once the game has ended, all alcohol must remain within the actual club in which it is purchased.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES AND HANDHELD RADIOS

Similar to previous seasons we also have devices which are available at no charge by visiting the Rotunda Lost and Found on any game-day. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification, such as a valid driver’s license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card, is required as a deposit. Assistive listening devices repeat the messages broadcast by our public address system (at-bat info, between innings announcements, etc.) and do not provide a broadcast of the game. Handheld radios provide our AM radio feed (880 WCBS).

AUTOGRAPHS

The best opportunity for guests to obtain autographs would be up until the end of batting practice along the first and third base lines in sections 106 thru 108/109 and 125/126 thru 128.

There is also a reverse ATM located outside the ballpark between the JRR ticket windows and the Seaver VIP gate. These reverse ATMs take in cash instead of dispensing it, to allow guests to convert paper money to a cash card that can be used anywhere credit cards are accepted.

JACKIE ROBINSON ROTUNDA

This landmark partnership between Citi and the Mets has accelerated their significant commitments to the community with new resources to develop and launch outreach platforms and programs in and beyond New York City, involving both Citi and the Amazin' Mets Foundation.

As the first step in this effort, the Mets and Citi commissioned a sculpture and named the entry rotunda of Citi Field - inspired by the classic design of Ebbets Field - in honor of Jackie Robinson, the legendary pioneer and great American who broke baseball's color barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947. The partnership aims to recognize and perpetuate, in and around the rotunda and the community, Robinson's legacy and the "nine values" he embodied as articulated by his daughter and Jackie Robinson Foundation Vice Chair, Sharon Robinson: courage, integrity, determination, persistence, citizenship, justice, commitment, teamwork, and excellence.

SCALPING/RESALE OF TICKETS

Mets tickets may not be resold or offered for resale in violation of applicable law. Tickets may not be resold within 1,500 feet of the physical structure of the ballpark under penalty of law.

SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

Game day scoreboard greetings can be purchased at Mets.com/scoreboardmessages. The first 25 approved welcome, birthday, anniversary or congratulatory messages submitted in advance of each home game date will be displayed. Message requests must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the selected game start time. Prices may vary based on game demand.

Citi Field scoreboard greetings are displayed on the Right Field Scoreboard, which is located atop the Coca Cola Corner. Mets Season Ticket Members are encouraged to utilize our dedicated clubhouse for all their membership questions. This exclusive space serves as a comprehensive concierge service, designed to help members fully maximize their season ticket plan. Our personal service representatives are available here to assist you from when gates open to the end of the third inning. Membership ID required for entry.

SEASON TICKET MEMBER EARLY ENTRY

For the 2024 season, we have updated our early entry policy for Mets Season Ticket Members. Members will be granted access 30 minutes prior to the regular gate opening times, exclusively at the Jackie Robinson Rotunda. Delta Sky360 Club members will enter via the Hodges entrance.

To streamline the process, entry lines will be organized by impact tier. Members of the Blue Tier should enter through the 3rd base side, while Gold, Diamond, and Platinum members will enter on the 1st base side. This change is designed to enhance your experience and ensure efficient entry on these special event days.

Sculpted by William Behrends, the statue features Seaver’s iconic drop and drive delivery and is two times life-size to scale. The statue is 10 feet high from the granite pitcher’s mound and 13 ½ feet in length. The total weight of the statue is 3,200 pounds. The granite mound came in nine separate pieces that weighed 33,600 pounds and added approximately three feet in height.
