Rideshare Information

Rideshare is a convenient way to visit Citi Field and get home safely

The official rideshare drop-off and pick-up location can be found just beyond the intersection of Shea Road and Boat Basin Place, only one block from Citi Field’s Left Field Gate. Please always exit the stadium on the third base side of the stadium for the fastest walking route to rideshare. Exiting the stadium from the Left Field Gate (ramp or stairs) is preferred, however fans can also exit the Seaver, Stengel, or Rotunda Gates. Upon exiting one of these locations, simply walk north along the stadium, past the Citi Bike station, cross Shea Road, and then look for the signed rideshare area underneath the highway.

Due to area construction and longer walk times, fans should avoid exiting the K Korner, Bullpen, or Right Field gates for access to rideshare.

Pregame drop-offs can still be made along Seaver Way or Roosevelt Ave.

The Mets want all fans to get home safely. Please remember to Stop, Ask, Match, and Inform before entering a rideshare vehicle. Look for SAMI signs similar to above at ballpark exits and at our rideshare area. Do not accept rides from people verbally soliciting you either on the sidewalk or from their vehicle. Always ensure that you are entering an official New York State TLC licensed vehicle.
