Cabrera logs 8th career multi-homer game

ATLANTA -- For the second time this season, and the eighth time in his career, hit multiple home runs in one game.
Cabrera sent a first-pitch four-seam fastball from 402 feet deep into right field, as projected by Statcast™, to score for his first home run of the night in the third inning of the Mets' 7-6 loss to the Braves on Tuesday.
In his next at-bat, in the fifth, the 32-year-old smacked a 2-0 two-seam fastball off of to a nearly identical location in right field for his second long ball of the night.
Cabrera's last multi-home run outing was on April 10 against the Marlins in Miami.
