July/August/September Single Game Ticket Refunds
Refund information for 2020 July, August and September single game tickets
If you would like to receive a refund from a 2020 July, August or September regular season game that was impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic rather than receive an account credit*, please follow the steps below:
Important information regarding impacted game reimbursements:
- Reimbursement for any impacted games (and parking if applicable) not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
- Reimbursements are only for any games and parking NOT played (impacted games).
- Refunds will be given via your method of payment.
Any questions regarding your Phillies account or refund request, please email tickets@phillies.com**,** or call the Phillies Ticket Office at 215-463-1000.
*Account credit can be used for 2021 Phillies regular season home games.
July/August/September Impacted Game Refunds
To submit your request for a July, August or September impacted game refund, follow the steps below:
- Click on the 2020 July/August/September Impacted Single Game Refund button below.
- Log into your My Phillies Ticket account. Enter your Phillies ticket account number (located on the email you received) and password. Click the "Log In" button.
- On the Special Offers page, click on the Details button next to the 2020 July, August or September Impacted Game(s) Refund Request and complete the process.
- Print out your confirmation page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: This process is to acknowledge your request for a refund. It will not reflect the actual amount of the refund to be given by the Phillies.
