July/August/September Single Game Ticket Refunds

Refund information for 2020 July, August and September single game tickets

If you would like to receive a refund from a 2020 July, August or September regular season game that was impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic rather than receive an account credit*, please follow the steps below:

Important information regarding impacted game reimbursements:

  • Reimbursement for any impacted games (and parking if applicable) not played will be made directly to the account holder of record.
  • Reimbursements are only for any games and parking NOT played (impacted games).
  • Refunds will be given via your method of payment.

*Account credit can be used for 2021 Phillies regular season home games.

July/August/September Impacted Game Refunds

To submit your request for a July, August or September impacted game refund, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the 2020 July/August/September Impacted Single Game Refund button below.
  2. Log into your My Phillies Ticket account. Enter your Phillies ticket account number (located on the email you received) and password. Click the "Log In" button.
  3. On the Special Offers page, click on the Details button next to the 2020 July, August or September Impacted Game(s) Refund Request and complete the process.
  4. Print out your confirmation page. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: This process is to acknowledge your request for a refund. It will not reflect the actual amount of the refund to be given by the Phillies.
