CINCINNATI -- The Pirates’ game against the Reds on Wednesday was postponed due to inclement weather.

The game will be made up on Monday, Sept. 27, at 1:10 p.m. ET at Great American Ball Park, marking the final game the Pirates will play on the road this season.

Pirates fans in Cincinnati holding tickets for Wednesday’s game at Great American Ball Park may present their same ticket at the makeup game on Monday for entry, per the Reds. For more information, visit reds.com/rainout.

The team was scheduled to send right-hander Connor Overton, a reliever with multi-inning capabilities, to the mound on Wednesday. He continued to throw on the field after the postponement was announced, and the Pirates expect him to make his start on Thursday in the series opener vs. Philadelphia.

Behind him will be a TBA on Friday, then Wil Crowe and Max Kranick on Saturday and Sunday before the Pirates head back to Cincinnati for Monday's makeup game.
