The Pittsburgh Pirates today recalled catcher Jacob Stallings, right-handed pitcher Dovydas Neverauskas and infielder/outfielder Jose Osuna from Triple-A Indianapolis.

Right-handed pitcher Nick Burdi has been returned from his rehab assignment with Indianapolis and reinstated from the 60-day disabled list (right elbow surgery). The 25-year-old Burdi went a combined 0-2 with a 5.73 ERA (11.0ip/7er) and 14 strikeouts in 10 appearances (two starts) this year with Bradenton, Altoona and Indianapolis. He entered the 2017 campaign rated by MiLB.com as Minnesota's No. 16 prospect. He was selected by Philadelphia in the third round of the Major League Phase of the Rule Five Draft on December 14, 2017, before being traded to the Pirates later in the day for international slot money. Burdi, who has no previous big league experience, will wear uniform #57.

The Pirates have also selected the contract of infielder/outfielder Pablo Reyes from Triple-A. Reyes hit a combined .284 (114-for-401) with 23 doubles, four triples, eight home runs, 41 RBI and 16 stolen bases in 122 games this season with Altoona and Indianapolis. The 24-year-old Reyes, who will turn 25 on September 5, entered today ranked seventh among all International League hitters with a .289 average. The Pirates signed him as a non-drafted free agent on April 5, 2012. Reyes, who has no previous big league experience, will wear uniform #15.

Additionally, infielder/outfielder Sean Rodriguez has been placed on unconditional release waivers for the purpose of giving him his unconditional release.
