2014

In his first season in Cleveland spent the majority of the season as the club's regular right fielder...was his first Major League playing time at a position other than center field...played 105 games in right (86 starts) and 43 games in center (38 starts)...owned a .978 fielding percentage with 6 assists overall in 2013... Stole 17 bases and was caught just twice...for his career has been succesful on 127 of his 156 stolen base attempts (81.4-percent)... Saw the majority o fhis success offensively vs. left-handed pitching, as he hit .266 (38-for-143) with 7 doubles, 2 home runs and 15 RBI (.718 OPS) vs. LHP...his .216 with a .637 OPS vs. right-handed pitchers...for his career has hit .274 with a .796 OPS vs. LHP and .226 with a .652 OPS vs. RHP... 2012

Was a finalist for the Rawlings Gold Glove Award and was voted by National League managers the third-best defensive outfielder in the NL...The Reds went 47-7 when he scored a run...Produced his third straight 30-steal season...Led the club and ranked T9th in the National League in stolen bases...From 7/23-7/29 won his first NL Player of the Week Award (along w/ Mil's Carlos Gomez)...Homered 3 straight games, July 28-30 (for first time in his career), and hit 4HR in 6G, July 24-30 (11RBI). Ranked among the National League leaders in apps (T9th) and stolen bases (T2nd)...was the hardest player in the NL to double up (2gidp, 604ab)...became the first Reds player with 40 stolen bases in a season since Deion Sanders had 56 in 1997 and the first with 30 steals in consecutive seasons since Ryan Freel did it 3 straight years from 2004-06 (37, 36, 37)...fell 8 runs short in his attempt to become the fifth Reds player since 1900 with 40 stolen bases and 100 runs in a season (Bob Bescher twice, Bobby Tolan, Joe Morgan 6 times, Eric Davis most recently in 1987)...established career highs in games, at bats, runs, hits, doubles, walks, strikeouts and stolen bases...led the club with 95 starts batting leadoff and 35 starts batting sixth...also hit second (5gs), seventh (7gs) and eighth (3gs)...produced a leadoff HR (6/5 vs LAD off Chad Billingsley) and his second career walkoff HR (7/24 vs Atl off Scott Linebrink, 4-3 win)... in the third inning of the 9-5 win on 4/25 at Mil singled twice to become the first Reds batter with 2 hits in the same frame since Adam Dunn did it on 8/22/06 vs Hou (3rd inning)...in the 10-inning, 7-6 win on 4/27 at Mil snapped the 6-6 tie with a homer off Sergio Mitre...his inside-the-park HR off Jo-Jo Reyes on 6/17 vs Tor was the first of his career and the first by a Reds batter at Great American Ball Park.

Became only the ninth player in Reds history to produce at least 20 homers and 30 steals in a season...was accomplished for the 14th time...the others are Brandon Phillips (2007), Aaron Boone (2002), Mike Cameron (1999), Barry Larkin (1996), Reggie Sanders (1995), Eric Davis (1988, 1987, 1986), Joe Morgan (1977, 1976, 1974, 1973) and Vada Pinson (1960)...was the only National League center fielder and 1 of only 2 Major League center fielders to hit at least 20 homers with at least 30 stolen bases (Alex Rios)...led the team and ranked T7th in the National League with 30 stolen bases...also led team team with 6 triples, 135 starts in CF and 83 starts batting seventh in the order...also hit leadoff (32gs), second (4gs), sixth (8gs), eighth (4gs) and ninth (4gs)...in his last 24g of the season hit .350 (28-80, 7hr, 18rbi) while the Reds battled for the division title...on 5/3 off NYM's Oliver Perez hit his fourth leadoff homer in just his 66th career game...in the eighth inning of the 5-4 win on 4/9 vs Chi erased a 3-1 deficit with his first career grand slam (off Esmailin Caridad)...on 7/4 at Chi became only the 25th player in Reds history to hit 3 homers in a game (30th time) and produced a career-best 5rbi...his 12 total bases in that game were the most by a Reds batter all season, tying Jay Bruce's effort on 8/27 vs Chi...on 7/17 vs Col homered twice (3rbi)...in the 10th inning on 6/6 at Wsh produced an RBI-single off Miguel Batista that snapped the 4-4 tie in the 5-4 win.

2009

Was 1 of 8 Reds players to make his Major League debut...was promoted on 8/19, when Willy Taveras was disabled, and finished the season as the club's starting center fielder...after he was promoted led the Reds in HR (8) and stolen bases (10) while ranking second in total bases (79) and runs scored (27), third in hits (48) and T4th in RBI (17)...among all National League rookies ranked T5th in both steals and outfield assists (4)...the Reds went 28-16 after he was promoted...in September led the Reds in home runs (5) and stolen bases (7)...in just 40 starts recorded 15 multi-hit games, including 12 2-hit games a three 3-hit games...made 38 of his 40 starts batting leadoff and the other 2 starts batting second in the order...made all 40 starts in CF, second on the club to Taveras' 75 starts at that position...ranked third on the club with 12 infield hits (Willy Taveras 28, Brandon Phillips 17)...hit 8hr in 180ab for the Reds after producing 3hr in 411ab for Class AAA Louisville...hit a team-high 3 leadoff HR and the Reds' only walkoff homer of the season... on 8/19 vs SF doubled off Barry Zito for his first career hit in his third plate appearance...was 1 of only 2 Reds hits in the 1-0 loss...in the 10th inning of the 2-1 win vs SF on 8/20 hit his first career home run, a solo walkoff shot off Bobby Howry...on 8/31 vs Pit, homered in both games of the day/night doubleheader, including a leadoff HR in the opener off Daniel McCutchen...in the 12-inning, 4-2 win on 9/6 at Atl fell a double short of the cycle and homered in the eighth inning to tie the game at 2-2...hit .268 in 107 apps at Louisville and tied for the International League lead with 46 stolen bases...was an IL mid-season All-Star and IL Batter of the Week from 5/4-5/10 (.423, 5 2b, 6sb)... made 106 starts for the Bats, including 97 in CF, 5 in LF and 4 in RF...entered the season rated the third-best prospect in the organization by Baseball America, behind only 1B Yonder Alonso and IF Todd Frazier.

In 131 apps at 3 different minor league levels combined to hit .277 with 7hr, 57rbi and 33 stolen bases... led all Reds minor leaguers in steals...began the season with Class A Sarasota, where he ranked fifth in the Florida State League with 27 stolen bases...received the Star of Stars Award as MVP of the FSL All-Star Game (1-3, 2-run HR)...was FSL Player of the Week for 6/30-7/6 (6g, 9-21, .429, 2hr, 8rbi)...belted a grand slam on 6/10 vs Jupiter...was promoted to Chattanooga on 7/9...the next day, in his Class AA debut, went 4-for-5 vs Huntsville...was promoted to Louisville on 8/12...on 8/13 at Toledo, in his Class AAA debut, went 2-for-4 with a home run, double and 2 RBI...played winter ball for Peoria in the prestigious Arizona Fall League (22g, .200, 6 2b, 1 3b, 1hr, 8rbi, 6sb)...played in the AFL's Rising Star Showcase game

2007

At Class A Dayton led the Midwest League with 93 runs scored...opened the season with an 11-game hitting streak (18-48, .375, 11r)... twice recorded 4-hit games (8/14 at Burlington, 8/17 at Great Lakes)...played in the Midwest League All-Star Game (0-3)...batted .321 in August (28g, 35-109, 4hr, 15rbi, 24r)

2006

In his first pro season was ranked by the seventh-best prospect in the Pioneer League...hit first professional home run on 7/22 at Casper.
