Signed by the Tigers as a Minor League free agent on Nov. 21, 2022.

2023

Pitched for Triple A Toledo for most of the 2023 season, appearing in 49 games...also made 12 outings, including three starts, with the Tigers in September...Finished tied for second in the International League with 14 saves...Did not allow a run in 11 of 12 outings for Toledo in August, going 1-0 with four saves, a 1.54 ERA (11.2IP/2ER) and 18 strikeouts...Made his season debut for the Tigers on Sept. 1 at Chicago (AL), striking out two in a perfect inning of relief...Made his first start of the season on Sept. 17 at Los Angeles (AL), allowing a hit with one walk and one strikeout in a scoreless inning...was his first start since June 19, 2021...Did not allow a run in his first eight outings with the Tigers from Sept. 2-19, throwing 7.1 scoreless innings with five hits allowed, three walks and 10 strikeouts...Picked up his first win of the season on Sept. 27 vs. Kansas City, tossing 2.0 perfect innings of relief and striking out one batter...was his first win in the Majors since July 9, 2021.

2022

Spent most of the 2022 season with Triple A Toledo, appearing in 58 games, which ranked second in the International League...also made three outings for the Tigers at the end of the season... Appeared in 13 games with Toledo during September, finishing the month with seven saves, a 0.66 ERA (13.2IP/1ER) and 22 strikeouts... Made his Tigers debut on Sept. 30 vs. Minnesota, allowing a run on no hits with a walk and a strikeout in 1.1 innings.

2021

Split the 2021 season between San Diego and Triple A El Paso, making 25 appearances, including two starts, with the Padres, and 14 appearances, including two starts, with the Chihuahuas...Eleven of his 25 appearances in the big leagues were 2.0-or-more innings, going 3-0 with a 3.04 ERA in those outings...Pitched in seven games with the Padres in May, posting a 2-1 record with one save, a 0.57 ERA (15.2IP/1ER) and 16 strikeouts...Posted career best scoreless marks in innings pitched (9.2) and appearances (seven) from July 17-Aug. 16.

2020

Invited to Major League Spring Training but did not appear in a game...did not appear on the Padres' 60-man player pool during the regular season.

2019

Began the season on the 10-Day Injured List recovering from right knee surgery…sustained a torn meniscus in Spring Training (February) during a bullpen session and transferred to the 60-Day IL on May 1 before beginning a rehab assignment with Amarillo (AA) on May 5...Went 2-1 with a 4.37 ERA (11 ER, 22.2 IP) in 6 games (4 starts) with AMA, limiting hitters to a .236 clip with 33 SO against 8 BB…as a starter, he went 0-1 with a 1.98 ERA (3 ER, 13.2 IP) with 19 SO and a .212 opponent AVG...Reinstated from the 60-Day IL on June 5 and made his season debut vs. PHI, tossing 1.0 scoreless inning with just 1 hit allowed and 1 SO...Went on to make 5 relief appearances for SD, 4 of which he held opponents scoreless…in what would be his final ML outing of the season on June 14 at COL, he allowed 5 ER on 9 hits and 1 BB in 0.2 IP...Tossed more than 1.0 IP in 3 of his 5 outings, including a season-high 2.0 IP on June 7 vs. WSH...Righties went 4-for-18 (.222) while lefties went 5-for-8 (.625)...opponents went just 3-for-18 (.167) with runners on base...Optioned to El Paso (AAA) and was placed on the 7-Day IL on July 1...eventually transferred to the 60-Day IL on July 21 as he was recovering from season-ending left knee surgery...Relied on 4 pitches: four-seamer (52.9%), slider (22.5%), changeup (12.7%) and curve (11.8%).

Made 26 appearances, 15 starts, for Single- A Wisconsin of the Brewers' system, going 1-8 with a 3.71 ERA (39 ER, 94.2 IP) and 91 strikeouts against 29 walks while limiting opposing hitters to a .226 (83-for-368) average...In his 15 starts, went 1-6 with a 3.31 ERA (24 ER, 65.1 IP) and 61 strikeouts against 16 walks while limiting the opposition to a .203 (51-for-251) average...Tossed a season-high 6.1 innings of two-run ball on 6/3 vs. Kane County, striking out eight and walking one.

Made 11 appearances (nine starts) for the DSL Brewers (R), going 3-2 with a 2.40 ERA (13 ER, 48.2 IP)...Tossed a career-high tying 7.0 innings on two occasions...allowed no runs on just three hits and two walks while striking out five on 7/18 vs. the DSL Jays...allowed two runs on two hits and one walk while striking out three on 8/8 vs. the DSL Yankees.

2012

Made his professional debut for the DSL Brewers (R), making 15 relief appearances and one start with a 4.62 ERA (13 ER, 25.1 IP)...Allowed just one run and four hits over his first six relief outings, posting a 1.00 ERA (1 ER, 9.0 IP).
