Appeared in a career-high 57 games with Arizona in his fourth Major League campaign, also establishing career marks in hits (31), home runs (two), doubles (six), RBI (17) and walks (23)…Started a career-best 56 games at catcher, recording eight caught stealings in 47 attempts (17.0%) and a .994 fielding percentage (three E/491 TC)…Launched home runs on April 6 at WAS (solo off Trevor Williams) and Aug. 14 at COL (two-run shot off Bradley Blalock)…Appeared on the mound on June 7 at CIN (1.0 SHO IP) and July 29 at DET (1.0 IP, one R/ER) in lopsided defeats…Was designated for assignment on Aug. 22 and outrighted to Reno (AAA) on Aug. 25, batting .278/.381/.417/.798 (10-for-36) in 11 games to close the year…Became a free agent for the first time and signed with the Rangers on Dec. 18 to a Minor League contract with a Major League Spring Training invite.
