His younger brother, Joe, pitched in the Marlins organization in 2018 ... Collaborated with two boyhood friends, Ben Fagan and Dalton Scragg, to produce a line of apparel featuring his mantra, “ComPETE,” with the goal of raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital ... Enjoys playing and watching basketball, video games and time with family.
