Made relief appearances in three games with a 5.40 ERA (three ER/5.0 IP) and 10 strikeouts for the Seattle Mariners. Recorded a team-high six strikeouts by a reliever over 3.0 innings pitched on May 30 vs. NYY. Pitched in the Majors on April 17 for the first time since the 2021 season. Last optioned to Triple-A Tacoma on Aug. 22. Ended the season in Tacoma, where he went 7-8 with a 5.83 ERA (90 ER/139.0 IP). Recorded 130 strikeouts and 44 walks over 25 appearances.

Spent the entire season with Triple-A Tacoma....went 8-9 with a 4.55 ERA (78 ER, 154.1 IP) with 42 walks and 141 strikeouts in 28 starts.

Spent the majority of the season with AAA Tacoma...also made 1 start with AA Arkansas on May 5 and made Major League debut on July 21 with Seattle... among Triple-A West League leaders, ranked 2nd in opponents batting average (.251), ERA (4.53), WHIP (1.11) and innings pitched (115.1), 6th in strikeouts (99) and T6th in starts (20)...named Triple-A West Pitcher of the Week, July 7-11 (7.0,3,0,0,0,4,HB)...selected by Seattle on July 21 and optioned to AAA on July 27...made ML debut in relief on July 21 at Colorado (5.0,0,1,1,3,0); became the 7th player all-time to throw at least 5.0 innings without allowing a hit in his ML debut, joining Max Kranick-PIT (6/27/21 at STL), Daniel Ponce de Leon-STL (7/23/18 at CIN), Ross Stripling-LAD (4/89/16 at SF), Bill Dillman-BAL (4/14/1967 at KCA), Hank Borowy-NYY (4/18/42 vs. BOS) and Red Ames-NYP (9/14/1903 at STL); also the first to ever do it without recording a strikeout…made 1st career start on July 26 vs. Houston (ND,4.0,8,7,7,1,2,HB)...outrighted to AAA Tacoma on Oct. 22.

Split the season between Double-A Arkansas and Triple-A Tacoma, going 7-11 with a 4.38 ERA in (70 ER, 144.0 IP) with 21 walks and 125 strikeouts in 26 combined starts... was named Texas League Pitcher of the Year, after going 7-5 with a 2.89 ERA in 17 starts before his promotion to AAA Tacoma... in 102.2 innings with Arkansas, he struck out 89 while walking only 10... posted 9 consecutive quality starts from May 18-July 6, allowing more than 1 run in only 1 of those 9 outings... overall, he finished among Texas League pitching leaders in wins (T10th, 7), innings pitched (15th, 102.2), starts (T16th, 17) and strikeouts (T17th, 89).
2017
Began pro career with the AZL Mariners…2018: Spent most of the season with High-A Modesto, but also made 2 starts with Tacoma…led all Mariners farmhands in ERA (3.08) and strikeouts (129)…led the California League with a 3.05 ERA, while also ranking T4th in WHIP (1.31)…California League All-Star…made his AAA debut with the Rainiers on June 1 vs. Salt Lake, recording the win (6.1,4,0,0,1,3).
