Played collegiately at Colorado Mesa University from 2015-17, where he hit .422 with 14 doubles, 17 home runs and 67 RBI during his final season in 2017...was named a finalist for the 2017 Tino Martinez Player of the Year (Division II Most Outstanding Player)...was the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year in 2015.

2023

Spent most of 2023 with Triple A Sugar Land, playing in 100 games...also played in 12 games with Houston...Launched a pair of home runs on May 7 at Albuquerque, finishing the game 3-for-6 with a double...Was called up to the Astros for his first Major League action of the season on June 24...had a pair of hits, including a double, and scored two runs on June 28 at St. Louis.

2022

Returned to Triple A Indianapolis in 2022, where he would spend the majority of his season...Added to the Pirates 40-man roster on June 20...had a huge MLB debut on June 20, 2022 vs. CHC, going 3x4 with a double, a run scored and two RBI...singled off RHP Caleb Kilian for his first Major League hit in his first MLB at-bat...his his first MLB homer the next game, on June 21, 2022 vs. CHC...homered off RHP Mark Leiter Jr...Had two stints in the Majors with the Pirates in 2022, combining to hit .177 (20x113) with seven doubles and a homer in 39 games...Designated for assignment by the Pirates on Sept. 13 and claimed by Tampa Bay...assigned to Triple A Durham, where he finished his season...Combined to hit .297 (88x296) with 22 doubles, 11 homers, 49 RBI and an .876 OPS between his two Triple A stops in 2022...Designated for assignment by the Rays on Nov. 15 and claimed by the Tigers on Nov. 18...DFA’d again on Dec. 21, and finished the year in DFA limbo.

2021

Was named the Pirates organization’s Manny Sanguillen Teammate-of-the-Year for Triple-A Indianapolis...Ranked third among all Pirates minor leaguers in games played and tied for fourth in doubles... Hit .267 (96-for-360) with 25 doubles, nine home runs and 56 RBI in 114 combined games between Double-A Altoona and Indianapolis...Began season with Altoona before being promoted to Triple-A for the remainder of the season on 5/19...Went 13-for-35 (.371) with three doubles, a home run and six RBI in his first 10 games with Indianapolis... Connected for his first Triple-A home run on 5/27 at Omaha...Went deep in back-to-back games on 7/18 and 7/20...Homered and produced a season-high four RBI on 7/18 vs. Omaha...Was named Indianapolis’ Player-of-the-Month for August after hitting .261 with seven doubles, four home runs, a .376 OBP, .536 slugging percentage and .912 OPS in 24 games...Hit safely in 15 straight games from 8/28 to 9/15, which was the fifth-longest streak by any player in the Triple-A East League for the season...Batted .321 (26- for-81) with seven doubles, a home run and 12 RBI during the month of September...Ended the season on a 26-game on-base streak, which was tied for the 10th-longest by a Triple-A East League player...Was named Indianapolis’ Rookie-of-the-Year...Played for Gigantes de Carolina in the Puerto Rican Winter League.
