Returned from injury in mid-July and went 0-3 with a 6.31 ERA (18 ER/25.2 IP) over nine GS with the Arizona Complex League Rangers (Rk.) and Hickory…Participated in TEX’s Fall Instructional League program following the season.

2021

Acquired by Texas, with C Jonah Heim and OF Khris Davis, in exchange for SS Elvis Andrus, C Aramis Garcia and cash considerations on 2/6/21…Made two starts for Down East (A) in brief pro debut, holding opponents to 4-for-25 (.160) with one BB and 11 SO…Exited start on 5/13 vs. CAR early due to a right elbow injury and underwent season-ending Tommy John ligament replacement surgery on 5/26.
