Spent most of his fifth pro season with Frisco (AA) while also experiencing his first taste of Triple-A in 16 games over two stints (July 1-7, Sept. 9-end of season) with Round Rock…Combined to slash .242/.354/.415/.768 (109-for-451) with a career-high-tying 16 home runs (also 2022) in 124 games, setting career bests in games, doubles (20), triples (five) and RBI (68)…His 75 walks were the second-most by a TEX farmhand (77-A. Macias), while his 16 home runs ranked sixth…Reached safely in 16 straight games with the ‘Riders, from Aug. 6-24 (.262/.333/.475/.808, 16-for-61, 13 RBI)…Launched three home runs as part of 4-for-5, five-RBI night on Aug. 27 vs. SA, his first career three-homer game…Assigned to RR on Sept. 9 and finished the season with Express, slashing .275/.388/.500/.888 (11-for-40) with two HR and 13 RBI…Most of his damage on the year came vs. right-handed pitchers (.260/.376/.460/.836, 92-for-357, 15 HR).
