Gregory and his wife, Yessica Cuevas, have two children...Ordered a new glove for this season that will have three “G”s on it for his three children...Was originally signed by Boston as an international free agent on his 16th birthday, Aug. 28, 2015.

2025

Made his second career Opening Day roster and his first one with the Mariners...Appeared in eight games out of the bullpen with Seattle, going 1-1 with a 5.14 ERA (4 ER, 7 IP) before landing on the 15-day injured list on April 16 with a right knee inflammation...Was transferred to the 60-day IL on April 29 and underwent a cartilage cleanup surgery to address the inflammation on his knee...Was sidelined for over five months and sent on a rehab assignment to Triple-A Tacoma on Sept. 6...In six games with the Rainiers, Santos posted a 5.40 ERA (3er, 5.0ip) with nine walks and five strikeouts...Following the season, made four appearances with Estrellas Orientales of the Dominican Winter League...went 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA (1 ER, 3.1 IP) and four strikeouts in the four outings.

2024

Made eight relief appearances for the Mariners with a 0-1 record and a 4.91 ERA (4 ER, 7.1 IP). Had two stints on the Injured List...was placed on the 15-day IL with a right lat strain on March 28 and was transferred to the 60-day IL on April 25...he returned on July 8...his second IL stint came on Aug. 2 with right biceps inflammation landing him on the 15-day IL, he returned on Sept. 23. Made his Mariners debut on July 9 at San Diego...he tossed a 1-2-3 9th inning in the 8-3 win. Four of his eight appearances came on the road...in those four away games he had a 2.70 ERA (1 ER, 3.1 IP) with four strikeouts and one walk...he allowed no hits in three of the four outings and no base runners in two of those three.

2023

Went 2-2 with five saves, a 3.39 ERA (25 ER, 66.1 IP), 17 walks and 66 strikeouts in 60 games with Chicago-AL...Earned first career save on July 2 at Oakland...Placed on Injured List with right elbow inflammation of Sept. 20 and missed the rest of the regular season...Struck out four batters over a perfect 2.0 innings on April 19 vs. Philadelphia, setting a career-high in strikeouts...Did not allow an earned run in 12 consecutive appearances from April 12-May 3, striking out 13 while walking only four during the streak.

2022

Made 33 relief appearances with Class AAA Sacramento and two with San Francisco... Worked 1.2 scoreless IP on 5/5 vs. St. Louis and allowed two runs over 2.0 IP on 7/25 at Arizona... Struck out 34 batters in 33.0 IP with the River Cats... Was placed on the seven-day injured list on 8/20 with a right groin strain…was recalled by the Giants on 8/23 and placed on the 60-day IL, ending his season...Was acquired by the White Sox from San Francisco on 12/22 in exchange for RHP Kade McClure.

2021

Made his Major League Debut on April 22, tossing 1.0-perfect inning with two strikeouts...at 21 years, 237 days old he became the youngest Giant to make his debut since Madison Bumgarner’s debut on Sept. 8, 2009 at age 20 years, 38 days old...Appeared in three games overall with SF, allowing six runs (five earned) on five hits and two walks in 2.0 innings of work...Before being recalled by SF, he had been throwing 100 mph at the Alternate Training Site... Appeared in 14 games for Triple-A Sacramento and posted a 1-1 record with a 5.17 ERA (9er, 15.2ip) before landing on the restricted list on June 29...Missed 80 games from June 29-Oct. 4 2021 after testing positive for Stanozolol...Pitched for Scottsdale in the Arizona Fall League following the 2021 season and posted a 4.15 ERA In 10 games. He struck out 12 in 13.0 innings Selected to participate in the AFL Fall Stars Game with teammates C Patrick Bailey, OF Hunter Bishop and RHP R.J. Dabovich.

2020

Did not pitch during the 2020 season but did participate in the AZL Instructional league following the season. He was added to the Giants 40-man roster after instructs on Nov. 21, 2020.
