1999

Began season with Sarasota (Red Sox' A)...Made eight relief appearances before being promoted to Augusta (Red Sox' A) on 5/3...Went 4-3 with a 3.70 ERA (41.1ip/17er) in nine starts and 1-3 with three saves and a 2.52 ERA (39.1ip/11er) in 26 relief appearances with Augusta...Was selected off Boston's Pawtucket roster in Rule Five draft on 12/13/99 but returned to Red Sox organization on 3/17/00.
