Spent spring training in Major League camp with Seattle before being returned to the Yankees as a Rule 5 Draft selection on 3/24… played most of the season with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, hitting .253/.327/.433 (93-for-367) with 48R, 21 doubles, 15HR, 52RBI and 37BB in 102 games… also hit .211 (4-for-19) with 2R, 1 double, 1HR and 2RBI in six games with short-season Single-A Staten Island.
