Graduated from State College Area (Pa.) High School. Joined former Pirates, Royals and Reds RHP Stan Belinda as the two Major League alums from the school. Ranked as the No. 2 left-handed pitcher and No. 8 player overall in the state of Pennsylvania by Perfect Game during the 2014 season. Played college baseball at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill (2015) and the College of William & Mary (2016-17). Worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young during his two seasons out of professional baseball (2021-22). His brother, Brandon, played four years at William & Mary (2017-20) where he was a freshman All-American majoring in pre-med and neuroscience. Resides at The Villages, Fla.

Combined to go 10-4 with a 2.24 ERA over 39 appearances with eight saves and four Holds between Springfield (AA) and Memphis (AAA)…Began the season on the Springfield injured list with a left hamstring strain, but was activated and made his season debut on April 19 vs. Arkansas...Appeared in 25 games for Springfield posting an 8-1 record with an 0.77 ERA over 35.0 innings with 38 strikeouts and converted 5-of-6 save opportunities...Was promoted to Memphis (AAA) on July 31 and pitched in 14 games...Made his Major League debut at Seattle (9/8) tossing a scoreless inning retiring all three batters faced...Recorded his first Major League strikeout, fanning J.P. Crawford, while completing a scoreless eighth inning at Seattle (9/9) the next night...Retired 6-of-7 batters he faced for St. Louis with the only blemish a lead-off walk to Dominic Canzone to lead off the eighth inning at SEA (9/9)...Tied for the most wins among Cardinals Minor League pitchers with 10 wins, matching Memphis starting pitcher Curtis Taylor. Was the first Cardinals Minor League pitcher with 10 wins in relief since Tyler Bray went 10-0 with Palm Beach, Springfield and Memphis in 2016...Ranked second among Cardinals Minor League pitchers with eight saves and tied for eighth with 38 appearances...Held opposing left-handed batters to one extra base hit (double) in 87 total batters faced with four walks and one RBI.

Signed by the Cardinals as a Minor League free agent in January and pitched for Springfield (AA) and Memphis (AAA)…Made 35 appearances with six starts. Combined to go 2-9 with a 4.80 ERA...Began the season with Springfield and posted an 0.56 ERA over his first eight appearances all in relief. Allowed a run in his first appearance followed by seven straight scoreless over his next 14 innings....Worked primarily out of the bullpen in Memphis, but made six spot starts. Maxed out with 5.0 innings vs. Jacksonville (6/18) allowing two runs on three hits in a 7-4 loss...21 of his 29 relief appearances were two innings or more...Struck out a season-high six batters over four innings at Columbus (7/26)…Ran off a 12 inning scoreless streak in Memphis (7/9-26).

2023 Atlantic League co-Pitcher of the Year...2023 York Revolution team Pitcher of the Year...Was the only pitcher to rank in the top four in wins (13), ERA (3.71), innings pitched (145.2) and strikeouts (133)…Made five starts for the Gigantes del Cibao of the Dominican Winter League during the 2023-24 season. Pitched 21 innings and struck out 23 while going 1-0 with a 3.00 ERA.
