Began the season with Greensboro...Struck out a career-high-tying six batters while tossing 2.0 hitless innings and earning a save on 5/17 vs. Rome...Pitched a career-high-tying (as a reliever) 2.2 innings while striking out five batters in his final appearance with the Grasshoppers on 6/19 at Greenville...Tossed 16.2 straight scoreless innings, struck out 26 batters and had a .164 batting average against over his final 10 outings with Greensboro from 5/17-6/19...Ranked tied for third among all Pittsburgh Minor League pitchers in appearances, as well as tied for sixth in saves and tied for eighth in strikeouts, during his time with the Grasshoppers...Was also tied for fourth in the South Atlantic League in appearances and tied for sixth in saves during his time with Greensboro...Was promoted to Altoona on 6/24...
