Made major league debut April 14 vs. Chicago-AL, pitching 0.2 scoreless inning with one hit allowed. Recorded first career strikeout May 18 at Detroit, fanning J.D. Martinez. Recorded first major league win June 2 vs. Tampa Bay with 2.0 scoreless innings of relief. Allowed four home runs in first 12 appearances but did not allow one from June 11-August 30 (35.0 IP). Posted a 17.0-inning scoreless streak June 17-July 23, the longest by a Twin for the season. Held left-handed hitters to a .202 (17-for-84) average and right-handers to a .291 (46-for-158) average with Twins. Ranked second on the Twins staff in holds (9) and third in games (57). Ranked fifth among AL rookies in games (57), first among left-handers...tied for ninth in games among all AL left-handed pitchers.
