Trevor was born alongside his twin brother, Jonathan, on Oct. 20, 1992…his birthdate is incorrectly listed on Wikipedia and numerous baseball sites as a year later in 1993, which is the date of a Blue Jays 15-14 win over the Phillies in the highest-scoring game in World Series history...He is a North Carolina native and played football, basketball and baseball at Ashley High School in Wilmington…upon graduating he stayed close to home and attended the University of North Carolina, majoring in exercise sports science and sports administration...Trevor and his wife, Jamie, have two kids, Kinsley and Kyler…his grandfather, Larry Scharver, was a semi-professional bowler...In his free time, Trevor enjoys fishing and hunting…he will also be located minutes away from one of his favorite attractions, the beach.

2022

Split the season between Triple-A Nashville and the Brewers…made 18 apps over five stints in the majors: May 17-19, May 23–June 27, July 1, Aug. 17-23 and Sept. 10-18…had a 3.60 ERA (15-IP, 6-ER) in his final 10 apps spanning four stints...On May 18 vs. ATL, recorded his first career win in his Brewers debut…pitched the 11th inning and allowed the automatic runner to score before the Brewers won on a walk-off homer… became the first reliever to win his Brewers debut since Ariel Peña on Sept. 5, 2015 at CIN (G2)...Made 34 apps for Nashville and ranked fourth among Brewers minor leaguers with nine saves… struck out 30.0 pct. (42 of 140) of batters faced...Designated for assignment on Jan. 4, 2023 as the Brewers cleared a roster spot for Bryse Wilson.

Spent majority of the season with Pawtucket (AAA)...Was named an International League midseason and postseason All-Star and a Baseball America triple-A All-Star...Led the IL in appearances (52) and was T-1st in saves (12)...Was 7th among IL relievers in innings (65.1), and among all IL relievers with at least 50.0 IP was first in ERA (1.79)...Had his contract selected by BOS on 7/2 and made his ML debut that day at TOR...Optioned to Pawtucket on 7/3 and recalled again on 9/4 for the remainder of the season.

2018

Made his first 22 appearances with Portland (AA) and was shuttled between there and Pawtucket for the remainder of the season...Pitched at least 2.0 innings in 13 of his 41 total outings...Combined to post a 2.88 ERA (18 ER, 56.1 IP) between the two levels.

2017

Began season with Salem (A), converting all seven of his save opportunities and recording 19 scoreless outings in 22 appearances...Named a Carolina League midseason All-Star...Allowed only two homers all season, including none in 26 consecutive outings from 5/19-9/1...Named BOS' Minor League Pitcher of the Month for June...Promoted to Portland on 7/4 for the remainder of the season.

2016

Spent majority of the season with Greenville (A), where he had an 8.00 SO/BB ratio...Was on the IL with left elbow cellulitis, 8/24-9/1...Was promoted to Salem for his final appearance of the season...12 of his final 13 appearances were scoreless.

2015

Began pro career with Gulf Coast League Red Sox (R)...Promoted to Lowell (A) on 7/18 for the remainder of the season.
