Customize Your Private Ballpark Group Tour Experience
Our custom private groups tours offer a personalized and stress-free way to discover Target Field with a group of friends, colleagues, or family. Our private ballpark tours are designed to cater to your specific interests, preferences, and budget making Target Field ballpark experience exceptional and unforgettable.
Manager’s Lineup:
- Creative Planning: Our Ballpark Tours team will work with you to create a tailored schedule that suits your group’s interests and requests. This may include specifics visits, or activities that you’re passionate about. In the end, your schedule will reflect your group’s favorites.
Budget Sensitivity:
- Our Ballpark Tours team will take your budget into account and create a schedule that fits within your financial constraints.
Group Size(s):
- Target Field private group tours can be customized for a range of group sizes. Group tours require a minimum of 10 in a group.
Ballpark Tour Guide(s):
- Depending on your group size, a knowledgeable Tour Guide will be assigned to lead your group. They will be tasked to ensure your schedule/tour runs smoothly, provides valuable insight of the Target Field, Twins history, and much more.
Flexible Schedule:
- Custom private group tours offer flexibility. If you would like to spend more time at a particular location, make a last-minute change to your schedule, or take detours to explore unexpected surprise (alumni player, current players, radio personal) – your Tour Guide can often accommodate these requests.
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation and confirm the ballpark tour booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your scheduled tour date.
Credit card payment is preferred. If your group preferred method is mail-in check, please make out and mail to Target Field “Attn: Ballpark Tours – 1 Twins Way Minneapolis, MN 55403. Note* mark your provided invoice number on the check.
If paying by check, we recommend payment being sent at least two weeks prior to your scheduled tour. We do not accept purchase orders. All reservations made by credit card must be paid no later than the scheduled tour date.
Final Check-In, Count, and Cancellations: Cancellations and adjustments to final numbers must be made no later than two weeks in advance of your tour date. After that time no adjustments will be made. Credits for future use will be issued for any absentees on the day of your visit. No refunds & all sales are final after issued payment has been received.
Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule the tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done two weeks before the original tour date.
Additional Charges: Any additional services or requests made during the tour that are not of the original schedule will be billed separately upon conclusion of the tour. Private group tour inquiries not made within the two-week window will accrue a $50 fee.
