Senior Vice President, Ballpark Operations
Dave Horsman, who is in his 32nd season with the Twins, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Ballpark Operations in June 2025. Horsman and his team are responsible for all aspects of Target Field operations, including facility management, maintenance, grounds, event services, and security. He is responsible for budgeting and expense management for all facility operations, and serves as a Twins liaison to the Minnesota Ballpark Authority and Delaware North.
Horsman originally joined the organization in 1995 as an office services assistant and has held positions at all levels of stadium operations, earning promotions to Senior Director of Ballpark Operations in December 2009 and Vice President, Ballpark Operations in January 2020.
Horsman volunteers his time with Ronald McDonald House Charities - Upper Midwest, where he serves on the board and leads a long-term planning task force.
