Postseason

In the event the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the date on which the Game was scheduled to be played at the Ballpark (“Unplayed Game”), the following policies shall apply:

1. If this is a non-season ticket purchase of one (1) or more individual Games, a refund for any Unplayed Game will automatically be posted to the payment card used for the purchase, less the per order ticket charge applied to the ticket purchase. If no Game included in the single purchase is played, all charges to the payment card used for the purchase (including the per order ticket charge) will be refunded. No credits will be issued.
2. If this is a Minnesota Twins season ticket purchase, a credit for the value of any Unplayed Game will automatically be applied toward the 2024 Season Ticket Package (credit will not include transaction fees applied to the ticket purchase) of the account holder that purchased the tickets. If no Game included in the season ticket purchase is played, a credit for the full value of all Games in the strip (including the transaction fees) will automatically be credited to the 2024 Season Ticket Package.

Tickets should not be returned and have no cash value. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing of refunds or credits, as applicable.
