Vice President, Business Strategy & Analytics
Jason Lee joined the Twins as Vice President, Business Strategy and Analytics in December of 2018, was elevated to Senior Vice President in February of 2021 and became the organizationās first-ever Chief Strategy Officer on January 6, 2022. In his role, Lee leads the development of strategic growth initiatives, advanced business analytics and consumer insights for the club. He was named to Twin Cities Businessā list of ā100 People to Knowā in 2020.
Lee is responsible for leading key areas of growth and innovation for the Twins organization, including digital ballpark initiatives and the clubās strategic business plan. He also oversees business intelligence, predictive analytics, consumer lifecycle modeling and market research, while serving on the Twinsā IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Action) Council.
Prior to joining the Twins, Lee served as Senior Business Development Manager at Amazon in New York, where he managed strategic growth partnerships and distribution for Amazon Prime Video. He also spent three years at Google, where he led data analytics and consumer insights in support of the companyās advertising sales division. He has also held prior roles at Uber, Paperless Post and Cartesian.
Lee is a native of Lenexa, KS. He attended Brown University, receiving a bachelorās degree in International Relations. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2016.
Jason and his wife, Nicole, reside in Maple Grove, MN.
