Executive Vice President, General Manager
Jeremy Zoll enters his second season as the club's Executive Vice President, General Manager after being named to that role in November 2024. 2025 marked his eighth season with the club after previously serving as Vice President, Assistant General Manager from 2020-24, and as Director of Minor League Operations from 2018-19. Zoll is the seventh general manager in Twins history, following Thad Levine (2016-24), Terry Ryan (2011-16 and 1994-2007), Bill Smith (2007-11), Andy MacPhail (1986-94), Howard Fox (1985-86) and Calvin Griffith (1961-84).
In his current role, Zoll leads all facets of the Twins’ baseball operations, including major league operations, scouting, player development and player procurement. Prior to his current role, Zoll helped evolve the Twins’ performance team - in partnership with Dr. Christopher Camp - from sports medicine and strength and conditioning to nutrition and mental health. He also has maintained oversight of the club’s player development system, which graduated multiple prospects to the Twins over the past several seasons.
Zoll’s professional experience began with a summer internship with the Cincinnati Reds in 2011, which was followed by a video internship in 2012 for the Toronto Blue Jays' minor league affiliate in Vancouver. In 2013, he started working for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, where he coordinated the organization’s efforts in advance scouting. After spending three years with the Angels, Zoll worked for the Los Angeles Dodgers, serving as their Assistant Director of Player Development for two seasons (2016-17). While with the Dodgers, he worked on a variety of organizational initiatives ranging from developmental player plans to experimental programs with the Research and Development department.
Zoll grew up in Ridgewood, NJ, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in East Asian studies with a minor in economics from Haverford College, while also catching and serving as a captain in his senior season for the Fords baseball team.
