Terms and Conditions

Program Overview
The Minnesota Twins Members First Home Field Advantage Program (“Program”) provides MyTwins Reserved, Choice, and Flex Members (“Members”) with account credits (to be applied toward 2027 MyTwins Membership renewals) based on qualified ticket scanning activity during the 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season. Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Calculation of Credits

  1. Each primary Member account owner (“Primary Account Holder”) is eligible to receive a credit equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the face value of all eligible tickets scanned for entry to a 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season home game (“Scanned Tickets”).
  2. The Primary Account Holder is eligible to receive an additional credit equal to five percent (5%) of the face value of the Scanned Tickets for each game won by the Minnesota Twins.
  3. Credits are calculated based solely on the face value of the Scanned Tickets. Credits are not based on the total season ticket package value. Example: If a Primary Account Holder has four (4) seats but only three (3) tickets are scanned for entry to a game, credits will be calculated based on the face value of those three (3) tickets only.
  4. Ticket fees will not be included in the calculation of credits.
  5. The maximum total amount of credits that may be accrued by each Primary Account Holder under the Program for the 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season is capped at two thousand U.S. dollars ($2,000).

Eligibility for Credits

  1. Credits will only be issued to the Primary Account Holder’s account. Partners, co-holders, and other secondary MyTwins Membership account users are not eligible to receive credits directly.
  2. Tickets forwarded to and scanned by third parties (e.g., partners, friends, family) attending a 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season home game are eligible for the Program, provided that such tickets have not been resold to those third parties.
  3. Tickets resold through the secondary market (Example: SeatGeek, Stubhub, Ticketmaster, etc.) are ineligible for the Program.
  4. The Minnesota Twins reserve the right to cancel any credits under the Program if the Minnesota Twins (in its sole discretion) determines that the Primary Account Holder has utilized the MyTwins Membership for the primary purpose of reselling tickets available under that Membership.
  5. Only tickets associated with an active MyTwins Membership account are eligible to receive credits.
  6. For MyTwins Reserved Members only, tickets exchanged through the official Season Ticket Member Exchange Portal are eligible for the Program.
  7. Single game tickets, hospitality tickets, and group tickets purchased by Primary Account Holders outside of their MyTwins Membership are ineligible for the Program.
  8. Only tickets scanned between April 3, 2026 through the conclusion of the 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season are eligible for the Program.
  9. The Program does not apply to tickets in the Champions Club or Suites.

Application of Credits

  1. All credits will be issued to the Primary Account Holder’s MyTwins Membership account after the conclusion of the 2026 Minnesota Twins regular season.
  2. Credits may be applied solely towards the renewal of the Primary Account Holder’s 2027 MyTwins Reserved, Choice, or Flex Membership and may not be used for any other purpose.
  3. Credits may not be applied as the first payment toward renewal.
  4. Credits are not redeemable for any value and are not refundable.
  5. Credits may not be sold, licensed or otherwise transferred.
  6. Credits may not be aggregated or combined with any other offer.

Renewal Requirements

  1. To use credits under the Program, the Primary Account Holder must renew their MyTwins Membership for the 2027 season with one or more Qualifying Payments prior to November 1, 2026.
  2. Credits will NOT be applied to any renewals completed after November 1, 2026.
  3. A “Qualifying Payment” is defined as a payment toward a 2027 MyTwins Reserved, Choice, or Flex Membership made in a form and manner accepted by the Minnesota Twins, excluding the application of credits.

Miscellaneous

  1. The Minnesota Twins reserve the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  2. All determinations by the Minnesota Twins regarding credit calculations, eligibility, and Program interpretation are final.
