Please submit the form below to request a refund for any games that have been impacted for the 2020 season. Upon receipt of this form, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. If multiple orders were placed please submit separate forms for each order.
- If you have forwarded your tickets, the credit will be applied back to the Minnesota Twins purchaser of record* (not to the patron account the tickets were forwarded to).
- Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be refunded by the Twins. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult that reseller for more information.
- Complimentary tickets, designated as "guest" on the ticket, have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased your ticket(s) at the Target Field Ticket Office and paid with cash, please send the original ticket(s) along with name, address, email, and daytime telephone number to the address below:
