Round 3 (91st overall), Austin Hays, OF, Jacksonville University
Baltimore selected its first position player of the Draft with its fourth pick, adding what could be a power bat in Hays. The 20-year-old hit .350/.406/.655 with 16 doubles, two triples, 16 home runs and 42 RBIs in 54 games as a junior.
He played one season for Seminole State College and was named team MVP.
Round 4 (121st overall), Brenan Hanifee, RHP, Turner Ashby High School (Bridgewater, Va.)
A central Virginia high school product and three-sport star, Hanifee is intriguing given his low-90s fastball and relatively fresh arm.
Listed at 6-foot-4, he could have room to add to his stuff, given his frame.
Round 5 (151st overall), Alexis Torres, SS, Colegio Angel David High School (P.R.)
The 18-year-old Torres was named a 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game first-team All-American and All-Region First Team for Canada and Puerto Rico. He's listed at 6-foot and 183 pounds.
Round 6 (181st overall), Tobias Myers, Winter Haven High School (Fla.)
Myers is committed to South Florida, though he does seem excited with the selection. He tweeted out: "Want to thank @Orioles for picking me in the MLB draft, it's truly an honor to be named a professional baseball player, just wanna thank god" shortly after being picked.

Round 7 (211th overall), Preston Palmeiro, 1B, North Carolina State University
The son of former Orioles All-Star Rafael, Palmeiro went underrated out of high school but has improved significantly. Scouts like his bat, but wonder about his power. The 21-year-old also had a nice Cape Code League stint.

Round 8 (241st overall), Ryan Moseley, RHP, Texas Tech
Mosely is 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds and went 6-4 with a 5.44 ERA after a 2015 season in which he went 4-6 with a 3.46 ERA. He entered his junior season as Texas Tech's active leader in opponent batting average (.219), strikeouts per nine innings (7.39), saves (3), appearances (35), innings pitched (107 1/3), strikeouts (95) and batters faced (506).

Round 9 (271st overall), Lucas Humpal, RHP, Texas State
Humpal was selected by the Indians in the 37th round last year but returned to school instead. He's logged 100 innings for the second consecutive season and had 85 strikeouts and a 3.06 ERA.
Round 10 (301st overall), Cody Dube, RHP, Keene State College
Dube was the O's third consecutive college right-hander and brings their total to six college arms in the first two days. The senior is listed at 6-foot-1 and 198 pounds.
