Season Ticket Holder Presale Guide

1. Access to your exclusive presale purchase opportunity will be available in your online “My Cubs Tickets” account associated with your season ticket account and is non-transferable.

After logging in to your “My Cubs Tickets” account using the email associated with your season ticket account, click the banner in the top-right corner of the homepage labeled “Click Here For Ticket Offers!”

2. You will see your exclusive offer(s) on this screen. Click the blue button next to the offer to view available games.

3. You can view all available games in your current offer on this screen. Click on the game you are interested in purchasing.

Please note you are able to purchase tickets to additional games by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button on the Shopping Cart page.

4. Sections with available inventory will be marked with color. Sections in gray do not have seats available for purchase.

Click on the section with available inventory to select and purchase available pods.

5. You will see available seats in pods of one, two, three and four in the section you selected.

Please note you cannot break up a pod and cannot complete the purchase until all seats in the pod are added to your cart (e.g., you cannot purchase two seats in a pod of four).

6. During checkout, you will be able to view and apply any account credit, if applicable. You must select the checkbox to apply credit.

7. You also can purchase tickets to additional games by selecting the “Continue Shopping” button in red at the bottom.

8. Please note if you purchased an aisle seat in a pod of two, three or four tickets, the aisle seat will appear separately to designate it is located in an aisle.
