Ticket Refund/Account Credit for Unplayed Postseason Games
Membership Postseason Packages: If the maximum number of postseason home games at Dodger Stadium (the “Stadium”) is not played in a given postseason series, the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket facility fee and parking (if applicable), will automatically be credited to your account. If you wish to have this credit applied to your 2024 regular season invoice, please contact your ticket representative. If you do not want an account credit, please notify your Membership Service Representative. Refunds will only be issued to the Season Ticket Member of record and in the same method that the payment was made. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the entire Postseason for refund processing.
Dodgers.com Single Game Postseason Purchases and Dodger Stadium Box Office Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased single game tickets through Dodgers.com/postseason or the Dodger Stadium Box Office, will automatically receive a refund of the amount paid for the unplayed games, including the per ticket fee, facility fee and parking (if applicable), through a credit to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. If account credit was used for single game purchases, the refund will be returned to the account as account credit. These tickets do not need to be returned and no further action is required by the ticket holder. The actual ticket will have no cash value. Please allow 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the entire Postseason for refund processing.
No part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of the ticket holder to use the ticket on the schedule date or, if the game is officially rained out or postponed, the reschedule or resumed date or dates.
