Q: What are Double Play Perks?
A: Double Play Perks are a limited-time offer for eligible Single-Game buyers. When you add a second (future) 2026 Guardians Regular Season Home Game to your order in the same purchase session (same checkout), you unlock an offer (perk) for that second game.

Q: How do I get Double Play Perks?
A: Buy a Single-Game ticket to a Guardians Regular Season Home Game and add a second (future) game to your order during the same purchase session (same checkout).

Q: What perks can I choose from?
A: At checkout, you may choose one perk to apply to your second game: $15 Ballpark Bucks per order. This offer may rotate throughout the season, and only one offer will be available at checkout at any given time based on availability.

Q: What can I buy with Ballpark Bucks?
A: Ballpark Bucks allow you to redeem the value at all permanent food, beverage or merchandise stands within Progressive Field (Ballpark).

Q: Where can I access my Ballpark Bucks?
A: On completion of purchase, Ballpark Bucks will be automatically issued to the Ticket Holder and can be located within the Wallet of the Ballpark App.

Q: How long are my Ballpark Bucks Valid?
A: The value will be valid from date of purchase to the end of the 2026 regular season.

Q: Can I use Double Play Perks on a purchase I already made?
A: No. Double Play Perks only applies during the same purchase session and is not valid for previously completed transactions.

Q: Are Double Play Perks available all Season?
A: Double Play Perks are offered for all regular season games, while supplies last.

Q: How many perks can I get per order?
A: Each Perk Game is eligible for one (1) Double Play Perk per qualified transaction.

Q: Can I combine Double Play Perks with other discounts or offers?
A: No. Perks can’t be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Q: Can I forward, transfer, share, exchange, or resell Double Play Perks?
A: No. Double Play Perks can’t be forwarded, transferred, shared, exchanged, or resold.

Q: What if I don’t use my perk, can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits for non-use, partial use, or cancellation, except as required by law or Club policy.
