Flex Voucher Plans FAQ
Q: How do I redeem my vouchers?
A: Vouchers are mobile only and can be found in the MLB Ballpark app. Download the MLB Ballpark app and go to the Flex Ticket Redemption in the Tickets menu. Login with the email address you used to purchase the Flex Voucher Plan and your password associated with the account. Select the game and number of vouchers you would like to redeem. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Progressive Field.
Q: When will my vouchers be available to start redeeming?
A: Your vouchers will be live and accessible within the MLB Ballpark app immediately upon the purchase of your voucher plan(s). When you download the MLB Ballpark app, make sure to use the same email address you used to purchase you voucher plan to create your MLB account. In the app, click on Flex Ticket Redemption under the Tickets menu.
Q: If I use all my vouchers, can I buy more?
A: Yes, Flex Voucher Plans will be available for purchase through July 18, 2024.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I am allowed to redeem per game?
A: Yes, you may redeem up to eight (8) vouchers per game.
Q: What seats are available with each of the voucher plans?
- Lower Level plans include access to seats in the Lower Box and Lower Reserved sections. At checkout, these seats will appear as $0.00 in your cart.
- Upper Level plans include access to seats in the Lower Bleachers, Upper Bleachers, Upper Box or Upper Reserved sections. At checkout, these seats will appear as $0.00 in your cart.
Q: What if I’m being asked to pay more for the tickets I’ve selected?
A: You have selected seats that are more expensive than the seats included in your voucher plan. Lower Level plans include access to seats in the Lower Box and Lower Reserved sections. Upper Level plans include access to seats in the Lower Bleachers, Upper Bleachers, Upper Box or Upper Reserved sections. If you decide to keep the upgraded seats, at checkout you’ll simply pay the difference between the voucher-eligible seats and the upgraded seats. If you would not like to keep the upgrade seats simply drop them from your cart and re-select seats that fit within your voucher plan. Q: Once I redeem my vouchers for tickets, can I upgrade my seats?
A: Upgrades are available on the day of the game (pending availability); you must pay the difference between the voucher price and the upgraded ticket price.
Q: Are tickets purchased using the Flex Voucher Plans refundable?
A: No. Ticket purchases made with the Flex Voucher Plans are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
Q: Which games are included with my Flex Voucher Plan?
A: Vouchers can be redeemed for any game throughout the 2024 season excluding Opening Day and potential playoff/postseason games.
Q: Is there a cutoff time to redeem a voucher?
A: Your vouchers can be redeemed up until the scheduled first pitch on the day of the game.
Q: If I redeem vouchers for friends and family, how do they get their tickets?
A: All barcodes will be on one device inside the MLB Ballpark app. If you have a group of two, for example, both barcodes can be scanned from one device or you can forward a ticket through the MLB Ballpark App by email or text.
Q: Do I get the gate giveaway with my voucher tickets?
A: Voucher tickets are eligible for the gate giveaways while supplies last.
Q: Can I sell my Flex Vouchers?
A: No. Flex Vouchers are not eligible for resale.
Q: Can I sell my voucher tickets if I am unable to attend the game?
A: Flex Voucher tickets are subject to the Cleveland Guardians Ticket Transfer Restrictions set forth in the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
