Promo Pass
Secure some of this year's most exciting promotional items with a Promo Pass - available for five select dates this season.
Promo Pass tickets are available online only for the featured games and can be added to the purchase of your game ticket for an additional $7 service fee. Passes guarantee you get the promotional item even if all the items have been given out at the game. Any promotional items allocated to the Promo Pass program will be in addition to those already available at the ballpark gates.
At the game, take your ticket to the redemption kiosks just inside the Left Field Gate or the Right Field Gate before the end of the third inning to pick up your item. Fans must be in attendance to redeem Promo Pass tickets, and only one pass per person can be redeemed at a time. Passes can only be redeemed on the specified game date; tickets will be scanned and marked once redeemed.
Season Ticket Holders can guarantee promo items as redemption items on TribeRewards.com.
Please note: Promo Pass cannot be combined with District Tickets, KeyBank Kids Tickets, Six Packs or other promotional tickets. Promo Pass cannot be added to previously purchased tickets. A limited number of Promo Passes are available for each select game and may sell out.

Purchase Instructions
Follow these steps to purchase:
- Click the "Buy Tickets" button next to the game you wish to attend.
- Use the Interactive Seat Map to see the available seats in the ballpark and choose your desired seats.
- Select "Promo Pass includes game ticket" as the buyer type.
- Complete your purchase. When you check out, the type of ticket will be listed as "Promo Pass includes game ticket."
