Season Ticket Member Benefits is an exclusive Benefits Program for all Guardians Season Ticket Members

As a Quarter, Half or Full Season Ticket Member, you are automatically enrolled in our benefits program.

More information on the 2025 Season Ticket Member Benefits program will be sent to each account holder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Exchange Priority exist for rainouts?

  • No, Exchange Priority is only valid before ticket management is turned on for all Season Ticket Accounts.

Does the entire Exchange Savings need to be used in one transaction?

  • No, Season Ticket Members are able to use their Exchange Savings credit throughout the season as they complete exchanges until the credit amount runs out. Exchange Savings still on the account at the end of the 2024 regular season will expire.

Can I use my Exchange Savings credit on food and beverage or Team Shop purchases?

  • The Exchange Credit is intended for exchanges only. It cannot be applied toward purchases in the Team Shop, at concession stands, or renewals.

Does Loaded Value transfer if I exchange my season tickets?

  • Loaded Value will transfer to the tickets you choose when you complete an exchange.

Can I use my Loaded Value when mobile ordering?

  • Currently, mobile ordering is not able to accommodate LV or other food and beverage discounts. We will continue working with all parties involved to make sure that in future seasons this becomes available.

Are my partners able to use any of these discounts?

  • Partners will be eligible to use Loaded Value.

Can I use my additional ticket savings on Opening Day or postseason tickets?

  • Any benefits offered for the 2024 season are only eligible for the 2024 regular season, and therefore the additional ticket savings only apply to the purchase of tickets to regular season games.

Can I upgrade or exchange my vouchers?

  • Vouchers are a complementary ticket, and therefore are not assigned a dollar amount to apply toward exchanges or upgrades. The voucher will not be eligible for upgrades or exchanges.

Is there a resale policy on vouchers or additional tickets purchased with the ticket savings discount?

  • Additional cost saving benefits extended to Season Ticket Members through a Season Ticket Membership are not eligible for resell. Tickets found in violation of this policy will be revoked and the benefit is potentially subject to removal.

What are Personalized Benefits?

  • Food and Beverage offers that are unique to you and sent directly to your account to enhance your Season Ticket Member experience. Offers will be delivered to your Guards Wallet within your Ballpark app and are subject to expiration dates, terms and agreements.

If I do not like a benefit I selected in the offseason, will I be able to switch it during the season?

  • Once benefits are selected by the Season Ticket Member, they are not able to be switched. The deadline to select benefits for the 2024 season was January 12th, 2024. After the deadline, accounts were placed into default, predetermined benefits if no selection was made. Additionally, rookies are automatically enrolled with predetermined benefits and will have the ability to select the benefits that mean the most to you including exclusive Guardians merchandise, additional exchange flexibility, free tickets and more in your second season.
