San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants to play first regular-season series in Mexico City on April 29 and 30
Major League Baseball (MLB) and Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) announced last August the first regular season series to be played in Mexico City, which will be held at the Alfredo Harp Helú Stadium.
Fans will be able to purchase their tickets through the Ticketmaster website and at the stadium box office.
MLB has held five regular season series in Mexico, all previous editions in Monterrey. The Padres have participated in three of those five series, in 1996, 1999 and 2018. In addition to other exhibition games in Mexico. Meanwhile, this will be the first international series for the Giants.
