Injury: Right elbow neuritis
IL date: July 13 (retroactive to July 7)
Expected return: TBD
Status: Had been optioned to Triple-A Sugar Land on July 7, but that option was nullified when he was placed on IL. Injury follows a start in which he allowed 10 runs (seven earned) to the Nationals. (updated July 13)

Injury: Left knee injury
Expected return: Post All-Star break
Status: Banged his left knee into the wall trying to make a catch in the first inning of the July 12 game in Arlington against the Rangers and was removed for a pinch-hitter. The injury isn't serious. (updated July 12)
RHP Ronel Blanco
Injury: Torn ulnar collateral ligament in right elbow
IL date: March 25 (transferred to 60-day on April 10)
Expected return: Post All-Star break
Status: Threw 4 1/3 scoreless innings (68 pitches, 44 strikes) for Triple-A Sugar Land in a Minor League rehab outing. (updated July 12) More >>

Injury: Left elbow inflammation
IL date: May 9 (transferred to 60-day on July 3)
Expected return: Post All-Star break
Status: Threw eight pitches in one inning on a Minor League rehab outing July 11 at Triple-A Sugar Land and will pitch again July 13 for FCL Astros. (updated July 12)

Injury: Torn ulnar collateral ligament in right elbow

Status: Threw 4 2/3 innings, allowing one run and five hits with seven strikeouts and no walks (61 pitches), in his second Minor League rehab start July 11 for Triple-A Sugar Land. (updated July 12)
RHP Lance McCullers Jr.
Injury: Right rotator cuff impingement.
