Norwegian Cruise Line 2026 Marlins Sweepstakes (The "Sweepstakes") - Official Rules

1. Agreement
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Norwegian Cruise Line 2026 Marlins Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Norwegian Cruise Line (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Marlins Teamco LLC. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of Florida who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, the MLB Entities (as defined herein) , their respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the Prize, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs, which includes Marlins Teamco LLC (“Miami Marlins”) (collectively, “Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the State of Florida and wherever else prohibited by law. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein.
4. How to Enter
Ticket Bundle Method: To automatically receive one (1) entry via the ticket bundle method, purchase one (1) Cruise Night ticket bundle via Marlins.com/nclcruisenight to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. By successfully purchasing a Cruise Night ticket bundle as directed during the Entry Period via Marlins.com/nclcruisenight, you will be entered in the Sweepstakes. To opt-out of being included in the drawing for the chance to win the Prize, email vsantoyo@marlins.com with the name of the Sweepstakes (as given above) and the following statement “I would like to be excluded from participation in this Sweepstakes.”
Email Method: To enter via email, email your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, the name of Sweepstakes (as given above), and the following statement: “I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.” to vsantoyo@marlins.com with the name of the Sweepstakes (as given above) in the subject line. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. Sponsor will use email addresses provided via email for Prize notification purposes only. Email entries must be received by the close of the Entry Period to be eligible. Email entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
All information submitted online or via email by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB’s Terms of Use (accessible at mlb.com/tou) and Privacy Policy (accessible at mlb.com/privacy).
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS: On or about August 7, 2026 (“Drawing Date”), one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner (the “Winner”) of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE: One (1) Prize Will Be Awarded. The Winner will receive one (1) Norwegian Cruise Line cruise trip for the Winner and up to three (3) guests in one (1) balcony-category stateroom (the “Prize”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $5,000.00). TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING TO/ FROM LOCATION OF CRUISE DEPARTURE NOT INCLUDED.
6. Prize Conditions
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, and any other costs and expenses not specified herein.
No substitution of the Prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Prize is non-transferable and is void if sold or exchanged for compensation.
All details and other restrictions of the Prize is not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of the Prize under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. The Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the Prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value.
The potential winner must be able to accept the Prize as presented or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Reservations are subject to ship capacity, sailing availability, and applicable blackout dates.
Blackout dates include sailings departing:
- Easter: March 18, 2027 – April 4, 2027
- Thanksgiving: November 18, 2027 – November 28, 2027
- Christmas & New Year's: December 17, 2027 – January 1, 2028
Sailings aboard Pride of America, Norwegian Luna, and Norwegian Aura are not eligible.
Requested sailing dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Reservations and sailing are subject to terms and conditions, availability and blackout dates are the decisions of Sponsor. Prize excludes air transportation, ground transportation, shore excursions and other personal expenditures. No promotions are combinable under this program. All other expenses not specified herein with respect to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No holiday sailings will be permitted. Changes or cancellations made less than one-hundred-twenty (120) days from original sailing date will result in a forfeiture of the cruise. The Winner and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary on dates to be specified by Sponsor, or the Prize may be forfeited. Payment by valid credit card is required at the time of booking confirmation for all applicable taxes and fees not included in the Prize. No reservation will be confirmed until payment has been received. The Prize includes the applicable Free at Sea® package available for the selected sailing. Free at Sea® amenities are subject to Norwegian Cruise Line's terms and conditions and may vary by itinerary. The Prize includes one (1) balcony-category stateroom. Stateroom category upgrades are not permitted. The Prize does not include airfare, ground transportation, government taxes and fees, port charges, fuel supplements, gratuities/service charges, shore excursions, pre- or post-cruise hotel accommodations, travel insurance, passport or visa fees, or any other personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise. The Sponsor is not responsible for costs associated with airline delays, cancellations, missed flights, layovers, or additional hotel accommodations resulting from air travel arrangements
Sponsor’s determinations regarding the awarding of the Prize are final. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Ships’ Registry: Bahamas and United States of America. No individual (including any Guest) under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked unless accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years or older. The Prize is not transferable and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Administrator will select the Winner in a random drawing conducted at Administrator’s offices. Administrator’s decisions are final.
Potential Winner Notification:
Administrator will contact the potential winner by email using the contact information submitted by the potential winner at the time of entry.
Administrator will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner within twenty-four (24) hours of the Approximate Notification Date.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of initial notification, after two attempts, including if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the applicable prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
The Winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and a Publicity Release (where allowable), and an IRS W-9 form (collectively, "the Releases") as a condition of acceptance of the Prize. Please note that the Winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number on the W-9 form. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 form to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with these Sweepstakes and for no other purpose.
All Releases must be received by Administrator by the date provided in the respective notifications. If any potential winner cannot: (a) be contacted after two attempts, (b) fails to respond and/or to provide any of the requested Releases within the required time period, (c) is otherwise in non-compliance with these Official Rules, (d) declines to or cannot accept the Prize to be awarded, or (e) fails to satisfactorily meet the requirements as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion, he/she will be disqualified and will no longer be eligible for a chance to win the Prize.
No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
8. Release; Indemnification; Disclaimer of Warranty
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, the MLB Entities, their respective parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of the Prize, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever (including attorneys' fees) (collectively, "Losses") which may occur in connection with (a) the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including entry or participation therein, (b) delivery, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or component thereof, or (c) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or Prize-related activity including without limitation in each case any Losses that may be caused or contributed to by (1) any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their independent contractors or any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties, or (2) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties.
In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including amounts paid in settlement and reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any of the Released Parties in connection with any third-party claim, demand, liability, suit, proceeding or action arising out of or resulting from (i) breach or alleged breach of any representations, warranties or agreements of entrant hereunder, or (ii) entrant’s possession, use or misuse of any Prize or component thereof. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize (or any components thereof) and that, except as prohibited by applicable law, the Prize is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Released Parties hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Prize constitutes entrants’ permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, the Winner’s name, city, state, and the Prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes, without further payment or consideration, notice, review or approval.
10. General
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, if intervening circumstances warrant, within Sponsor's sole discretion, due to any fraud, virus or other technical problem which corrupts the administration, security, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize by random drawings from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the termination, cancellation, suspension and/or modification.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.
11. Limitation of Liability
Without limiting anything set forth above in these Official Rules, Released Parties shall not have any obligation, responsibility or liability, including any obligation or responsibility to provide the Prize to any entrant, with regard to: (a) entries entered through the use of any robotic or automated device/computer program or any other non-human mechanism, entity, or device; (b) entries n excess of the stated entry limit; (c) entries that are illegible, late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, altered or otherwise not in compliance with or in violation of these Official Rules, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any other reason beyond Released Parties' control; (d) any technical or human error which may occur in the creation, submission, assignment or processing of entries in the Sweepstakes, including any technical or human error in connection with any social media platforms, Sweepstakes Website and/or the hosting thereof; (e) entries, Prize claims or notifications that are not received by the intended recipient due to transmission, technical, computer or human failures or error of any kind, including any entries, Prize claims or notifications that are delayed, misdirected, or undelivered as a result of any failure or problem with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website (including the Sweepstakes Website), computer, internet connection, hand-held mobile device, social media platform, or any other equipment or connection used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) changes in an entrant’s information which affects the ability to contact such entrant; (g) typographical errors in Sweepstakes promotional material; (h) cancellations and/or delays or any change by any company or any other persons providing any of components of the Prize due to reasons beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (i) any interruptions/postponement/cancellation of Sweepstakes; (j) human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (k) any technical malfunctions of the computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, any social media platform, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by an entrant; (l) interruption or inability to access the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related Web pages (including the Sweepstakes Website), any social media platform, or any on-line service via the Internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; (m) any damage to an entrant’s (or any third person's) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes; (n) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects; and/or (o) any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of any one or more of the Released Parties
12. Disputes
Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, U.S.A., and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Florida, U.S.A. or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida, U.S.A.
Except where prohibited by law, all entrants agree that (i) any and all such disputes, claims, and causes of action shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; (iii) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; (iv) they waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (v) they irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the aforesaid courts, as applicable to each such entrant, and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have; and (vi) if any provision of these Official Rules is declared invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary and possible to render it valid and enforceable, and that in any event, the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision will not affect any other provision of these Official Rules, and these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect, and be construed and enforced, as if such provision had not been included, or had been modified as described above, as the case may be.
13. Privacy
Information collected through the administration of the Sweepstakes is subject to and may be used and shared by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy and by Administrator in accordance with Administrator’s Privacy Policy at mlb.com/privacy, and applicable law, including in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, notifying and verifying the Winner, and fulfilling the Prize.
Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States.

For the Winner’s name, send an email to vsantoyo@marlins.com with subject line: Norwegian Cruise Line 2026 Marlins Sweepstakes Winner List Request. All requests must be received no later than November 30, 2026.
