The Amazin’ Mets Foundation teams up with GrowNYC for Eat Smart with the Mets, presented by Empire BlueCross BlueShield, a nutrition program that encourages healthy eating and provides nutritional knowledge for young students.

These lesson plans include field trips to local greenmarkets, exploring local farms, cooking lessons, and focusing on the importance of a balanced diet.
