Mr. and Mrs. Met’s Kids Club Membership Update as of 8/27/2021

Thank you for being a member of the 2020 Mr. and Mrs. Met’s Kids Club. We truly appreciate your patience as we worked to provide paid membership resolution options in this unprecedented situation. We wish you and your loved ones good health and safety in this difficult time.

Due to fans not being permitted to attend games at Citi Field during the 2020 60-Game season, all 2020 MVP and All-Star membership benefits were transferred for the 2021 regular season.

For each membership, you have the following benefits for the 2021 season:

• Ticket voucher codes for complimentary tickets located in Baseline Box (MVP) | Promenade Outfield/ Promenade Reserved (All-Star) seating that can be used for a select game
• Half priced ticket offers codes
• One (1) complimentary scoreboard message - redemption code(s) emailed to members on March 29, 2021
• Four (4) complimentary Brooklyn Cyclones tickets that can be used at a select game*
• Access to Mr. and Mrs. Met's Kids Club ticket offers

* Subject to availability. (Blackout dates will apply)

• Each member receives four (4) complimentary tickets to one (1) of select Brooklyn Cyclones games at Maimonides Park for the 2021 season.
• Specific details regarding redemption of complimentary tickets were emailed to members on August 27, 2021.

• Kids Club Kiosk check-ins will remain suspended for the 2021 season.

• There will be no Mr. and Mrs. Met Dash for the 2021 season.

• The refund request submission window for 2020 MVP and All-Star membership has been extended through on October 3, 2021.
• Parents seeking a refund instead of accepting their transferred 2020 membership status for the 2021 season can submit an online request by emailing [email protected] with Subject Line: “Refund Request” along with their account number and/or email used to purchase their membership(s).
• Anyone who requests a refund will have their benefits forfeited and all complimentary ticket codes, and half-priced ticket codes voided.
• If you choose to receive a refund, your selection is final and cannot be changed.

Kids Club policies are subject to revision, and should circumstances or policies change further, the Mets will provide further information at that time.

What are my resolution options for 2020 Mr. and Mrs. Met’s Kids Club MVP and All-Star memberships I’ve purchased?

All 2020 Mr. and Mrs. Met’s Kids Club MVP and All-Star memberships along with its benefits, will be valid for the 2021 regular season.

If you wish to request a refund, please email [email protected] with Subject Line: “Refund Request” along with your account number and/or email used to purchase their membership(s).

If I requested a refund of my membership, when will I receive it?

Membership refunds requests will be processed weekly from March 26 through October 4, 2021. Once a refund is processed, it should appear as a credit on the card to which it was charged within 5-7 business days.
