Braves prospect Evan Gattis went 4-for-5 with his league-leading 15th homer and four RBIs, powering the Aguilas to their fourth straight win. D-backs outfielder Gerardo Parra added two hits and two RBIs and Yankees prospect Jose Pirela chipped in three hits and scored a run for Zulia. Twins prospect Oswaldo Arcia smacked a two-run homer and Yonel Pacheco also had a pair of RBIs for Aragua. Box score

Former Major Leaguer Hernan Iribarren went 4-for-5 with a pair of doubles, an RBI and a run scored as the Cardenales cruised past the Tiburones. Braves farmhand Jose Yepez also doubled twice and drove in three runs, while Cubs infielder Luis Valbuena was 3-for-5 with two RBIs for Lara. Indians prospect Paolo Espino struck out six and gave up three hits over five shutout innings before the Caribes beat the Bravos in the opener of a doubleheader. Luis Nuñez delivered a go-ahead two-run single in the seventh for Anzoategui, who got two hits and two runs scored from Marlins outfielder Gorkys Hernandez. Max Ramirez doubled twice for Margarita. Ricky Alvarez followed up a four-RBI game by homering twice and driving in three runs as the Aguilas won their third straight. A's prospect Andres Avila allowed a run on four hits over six innings out of the bullpen as the last-place Cañeros cruised to their second straight win. Former White Sox Minor Leaguer Jesus Avila homered twice and drove in four runs for Los Mochis, which got two doubles and three RBIs from former Major Leaguer Jason Botts.
